E QUIPMENT 1 large bowl 1 sealed container 1 jelly jar I NGREDIENTS serves 1 (makes 10 portions to store in a sealed container) 8 ounces (230 g) cereal (oat, corn flakes, rice, etc.) 6 tablespoons seeds (pumpkin, flax, sesame, sunflower, etc.) 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon butter, melted 5 tablespoons honey 1 vanilla bean 3 ounces (85 g) fresh fruit, canned, or defrosted 1 cup plain yogurt Concentrate and banish from your mind anything that might distract you (like the explosions and enthusiastic shouts coming from the twins bedroom, for example...).
