    C ongratulations on your purchase of the only guide youll ever need to produce delicious and filling sheet pan recipes! Perfect for family dinners, dinner parties, or just for you to enjoy! Sheet pans are often considered the most underrated part of the kitchen utensils. Extremely versatile and undoubtedly useful, this utensil is often overlooked despite the many different ways they can be used in day to day life. A sheet pan can be defined as any metal flat surface that can be put into the oven for extended periods of time. Sheet pans come in a great variety of sizes and shapes. The most common that will be used in this cookbook is, of course, the household half sheet, eighteen inches by thirteen inches.

    Within this cookbook, we will cover an extreme variety of topics. I will begin this book by giving you the basic and important knowledge regarding the terms used when discussing sheet pans as well as the typical size and dimensions of commonly seen and used sheet pans. After this I will begin to give you recipes for your daily meals, I will begin of course with the most important meal of the day, breakfast. To give you a taste of something a little bit different I will then move onto recipes that can be used as appetizers for your meals to prepare your appetite for the meal. These recipes will be light and definite crowd pleasers.

    After this, I will give some recipes that can be used for that awkward time when it is too late to eat breakfast but too early for lunch. When it is still morning but too late in the day to rationalize eating breakfast. I am of course talking about brunch recipes. These recipes will be delightful and perfect for a late morning with the girls. They will also pair greatly with some Sunday brunch mimosas that we all know and love.

    In the next chapter of this cookbook, I will go through some basic recipes for cooking different types of chicken in a sheet pan. These recipes are typically great for those trying to eat a little healthier as they usually consist of a lean protein (chicken) and then some type of vegetable or healthy grain. These recipes are also typically well-liked by most everyone, the calm flavor of chicken usually pairs well with almost anything you can think of. These recipes make great use of this fact by pairing chicken with foods that taste great on their own as well.

    The next chapter after this one will highlight other types of meat and the ways that they can be cooked via sheet pan. This would include, of course, beef, pork, and fish. This chapter shows just how easy sheet pan cooking makes the cooking of meat products due to the even spread of heat that comes with using a sheet pan to cook. This chapter will also give a visual of the different types of vegetables that go best with different meats. These are of course vegetables that well compliment their connected meats. Examples of this are potatoes with steak and fish and lemon

    The chapter after this one will focus primarily on seafood and the many flavors that will compliment seafood greatly. From tilapia to shrimp, seafood is a greatly varied meat and as such has great possibilities for different recipes. Good seafood is often hard to accomplish on one's own, these sheet pan recipes make it easy to impress your friends and family with the quality of your seafood. I can just about guarantee that people will be asking you if the salmon was caught that day using these delicious recipes to bring out the flavor of the fish!

    The next chapter will give some incredible and delicious side recipes. Everyone knows that the sides of a meal can make or break the main dish. If the sides to your meal do not well compliment the main dish or are simply not good at all, then the main star of the meal can fade. That is why these side dish sheet pan recipes are simple and attainable while also maintaining their delicious quality. These sides are also great for holidays such as Thanksgiving because the sheet pan recipe creates such a large amount of food that you will be able to feed your whole family and all of your friends too!

    The next chapter after this one highlights my personal favorite meal of the day. That is, of course, dessert. Sweet, warm, and yummy is the name of the game here. These dessert recipes are delicious and sinfully easy to make. The warmth of some of these recipes will remind you so delightfully of home and will stay with you long after. Not to mention the ease youll find in making these desserts, the majority of them are so simple youll wonder why you didnt think of them first.
