This book argues that the reason many low carbohydrates diets fail is hunger. But in 2003, proving the idea wrong, the Atkin Nutritional Approach again gained popularity, as one of the Atkins diet followers stressed his weight loss journey, leading to a huge decline in the sale of food rich in carbohydrates.
