INGREDIENTS - lb. somen noodles - cup kimchi - 2 oz. cucumber - 1 hard boiled sauce - 1 cup bibim sauce DIRECTIONS
- Cook the somen noodles until al dente
- Add kimchi, cucumber and mix well
- Add bibim sauce to the bowl and mix
- Serve when ready

INGREDIENTS - 1 lb. spaghetti - lb. kimchi - 3 oz. onion - 1 lb. bacon - lb. mushrooms - 2 oz. butter - 1 tablespoon soy sauce DIRECTIONS
- Boil the spaghetti and set aside
- Melt the butter in the wok, add mushrooms, bacon, onion and kimchi
- Cook until the bacon is crispy
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the wok
- Add soy sauce mix well and serve when ready

INGREDIENTS - lb. noodles - 2 lettuce - cabbage - cucumber - 2 tablespoons kimchi SAUCE - 1 tablespoon gochujang - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon soy sauce - 1 tablespoon honey - 1 tablespoon sesame oil DIRECTIONS
- Boil the noodles until tender
- Place the bowls in a bowl
- In another bowl combine all ingredient for the sauce
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and mix well
- Serve when ready

INGREDIENTS - 1 pizza crust - 2 tablespoons kimchi - tsp parsley - tsp garlic - tsp sugar - 2 tablespoons olive oil DIRECTIONS
- Brush the pizza crust with olive oil
- Add parsley, garlic, sugar and kimchi
- Cook at 250 F for 8-10 minutes
- When ready remove from the oven and serve

INGREDIENTS - 2 cups kimchi - 1 kg chuck steak SAUCE - 1 cup water - 1 tablespoon garlic - tsp black pepper - 1 tablespoon rice wine - 1 tablespoon soy sauce - 1 tablespoon gochujang DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients in a slow cooker
- Set cooker on low heat and cook for 7-8 hours
- When ready remove from the cooker and serve

INGREDIENTS - 1 cup Kimchi - 1 tsp garlic - cup onion - 1 tablespoon sesame oil - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds DIRECTIONS
- In a skillet heat olive oil and add garlic and green onion
- Add kimchi and cook for 4-5 minutes
- Add sesame oil and sesame seeds
- When ready remove from heat and serve

- Cook for 3-4 minutes
- Add mushrooms, rice and sesame seeds
- Cook on low heat

INGREDIENTS - lb. pork belly - 1 tablespoon rice win - 1 cup kimchi - cup onion - 1 stalk green onion - 1 mushroom - lb. tofu - 1 cup jjigae DIRECTIONS
- Marinade the pork belly in rice wine for 10-12 minutes
- In a skillet cook kimchi until soft
- Add the meat to a pot and remaining ingredients including cooked kimchi
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low
- Cook for 12-15 minutes
- When ready remove from the heat and serve
