As a chef and the father of two young kids, Ive learned that theres no better way to raise good eaters than to get them involved in the kitchen often and early. What a pleasure to see my old mentor Ken Oringer teaming up with the folks at Americas Test Kitchen Kids to bring us this fun, usable book packed with smart recipes and techniques designed to empower parents and their children in the kitchen as they explore a huge range of globe-trotting flavors. That it addresses such a common dietary constraint is just the icing on the gluten-free funfetti cupcake.
