- Using a pestle and mortar, finely ground the pork rinds.
- Beat the eggs, and mix in all the other ingredients, except the oil.
- Heat the oil in a skillet, then add a quarter of a cup of the batter. Fry on each side until golden brown. Remove, and repeat until you run out of batter.
Eggs Florentine
Time: 20 minutes | Serves: Ingredients: 2 eggs 1 cup washed, fresh spinach leaves 1tbsp white vinegar 2tbsp parmesan, grated Salt and pepper, to taste Method:
- Wilt the spinach, either in the microwave or in a steamer.
- Add the parmesan and seasoning, then divide between the plates.
- Add the vinegar to a pan of water, and bring to a simmer.
- Stir the water quickly to create a vortex, then break an egg into the center.
- Turn off the heat and cover until set, then do the same with the second egg.
- Serve on the bed of spinach and parmesan.
Scrumptious Spanish Omelet
Time: 15 minutes | Serves: Ingredients: 3 eggs, beaten cup vegetables of your choice, finely chopped. Cayenne or black pepper Method:
- Pop a pan onto a high heat, and stir-fry your veggies of choice in a dash of olive oil, then put aside while you make the eggs.
- Mix a tablespoon of water and a bit of pepper into your beaten eggs, then pour them into the pan and cook until almost set.
- Top with the vegetables and flip to finish off the cooking.
Cheese and Sausage Quiche
Time: 35 minutes | Serves: Ingredients: 12 large eggs, beaten 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 12oz breakfast sausage 1 cup heavy cream 1tsp black pepper Method:
- Pre-heat your air fryer to 375F, and pre-grease a casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the beaten eggs, the cream, and the pepper, then add the cheese and sausage.
- Pour into the casserole dish, pop that into your fryer, and cook for 25 minutes.
Sausage and Cauliflower Casserole
Time: 50 minutes | Serves: Ingredients: 8 eggs, beaten 1lb sausage, cooked and crumbled 1 head chopped cauliflower 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated 2 cups heavy whipping cream Method:
- Pre-heat your air fryer to 350F, and pre-grease a casserole dish.
- Cook the sausages, then mix with the cauliflower, cheese, eggs, and cream.
- Pour the mix into a casserole dish, put that into your air fryer, then cook for 45 minutes, or until firm.
- Serve topped with cheese.
Sausage and Egg Muffins
Time: 30 minutes | Serves: Ingredients: 6 eggs 6oz Italian sausage 3oz cheese cup heavy cream Method:
- Pre-heat your air fryer to 350F and pre-grease a muffin pan.
- Slice the sausages and pop two slices in each tin.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the cream and salt and pepper.
- Divide this mixture between the tins, over the sausages, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Cook for 20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Salmon, Sausage, and Cheese Omelet
Time: 15 minutes | Serves: Ingredients: 3 eggs, beaten 3 links pork sausage, cooked 1 packet of smoked salmon cup provolone cheese cup onions Method :
- Pour your beaten eggs into a hot skillet and cook until almost set.
- Top with the salmon, onions, and cheese, then turn over to finish cooking.
- Serve topped with cheese, and with the sausages on the side.
Cheese and Tomato Quiche

- Pre-heat your air fryer to 350F, and grease a glass baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the beaten eggs and cream, then stir in the cheese and tomato sauce.
- Pour into the baking dish, pop this into your air fryer, and cook for 25-35 minutes.
- Serve topped with an extra sprinkling of cheese.
Bacon and Cauliflower Rosti
Time: 20 minutes | Serves: Ingredients: 4 slices bacon, chopped 12oz cauliflower, grated 1tbsp butter, softened 3oz onion, chopped Salt and pepper, to taste Method :
- Cook the bacon until brown and crispy, then fry the onions in the bacon fat.
- Mix in the cauliflower and give it a good stir. Cook until softened and started to brown.
- Add the butter bit-by-bit while cooking, then season with salt and pepper.
Cheesy Egg and Bacon Cups
Time: 40 minutes | Serves: Ingredients: 2 eggs 2tsp grated parmesan cheese 2 slices ham 3 slices bacon 1 slice tomato Method :
- Pre-heat your fryer to 375F and grease a muffin tin.
- Cut the bacon in half, then half cook it.
- Line two tins with three half-strips of bacon each.
- Put a slice of ham and half a slice of tomato on top of the bacon, then crack an egg on top of each.
- Sprinkle with parmesan, and cook for twenty minutes.
Cheesy Spinach and Eggs
Time: 40 minutes | Serves: Ingredients: 3 whole eggs 3-4oz chopped spinach cup of milk 3oz cottage cheese cup parmesan cheese Method :
- Pre-heat your fryer to 375F, and grease a fryer dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the two cheeses and the milk.
