Spinach Omelet
Time: 16 min. | Serves: Ingredients: 8 eggs 2 cups spinach, chopped cup milk 1 tablespoon olive oil salt and ground black pepper, to taste 4oz parmesan cheese, to serve Method:
  1. Whisk the eggs until well mixed, then stir in the spinach.
  2. Add the salt, olive oil, milk, and black pepper and stir it all together.
  3. Grease the inside of your Instant Pot with non-stick cooking spray or cooking oil, then pour the mixture into it.
  4. Close the top lid, ensuring the valve is sealed, and press the STEAM cooking function. Adjust cooking time to six minutes.
  5. After the set cooking time ends, press CANCEL, followed by QPR. | Serves: Ingredients: 6oz ham, cooked 3 eggs, beaten 2tbsp chives, chopped 1tsp paprika tsp ground ginger salt and ground white pepper, to taste Method:
    1. Spray three ramekins with a non-stick cooking spray, then break one egg into each of them.
    2. Season to taste and sprinkle with the paprika.
    3. Ensuring the valve is sealed, press STEAM, and set the cooking time to four minutes.
    4. Once cooked, press CANCEL, followed by QPR.
    5. Mix together the ham, chives, and ground ginger.
    6. Serve the ramekins with the ham mix on top.
Brussel Sprouts with Bacon
Time: 25 min. | Serves: Ingredients: 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved 4 bacon slices, cut up 3 shallots, finely diced 3 garlic cloves, minced cup water Method:
  1. Pre-set the Instant Pot to SAUT and grease the pot with olive oil.
  2. Add the bacon and cook it until its crisp. | Serves: Ingredients: 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved 4 bacon slices, cut up 3 shallots, finely diced 3 garlic cloves, minced cup water Method:
    1. Pre-set the Instant Pot to SAUT and grease the pot with olive oil.
    2. Add the bacon and cook it until its crisp.

      This should take five to six minutes.

    3. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix them all together.
    4. Select MANUAL, and set the cooking time to three to five minutes.
    5. Once finished, press CANCEL, followed by QPR.
    6. Serve warm.
A Fruity Breakfast
Time: 20 min. | Serves: Ingredients: 1 apple, cored and chopped 1 pear, cored and chopped 1 plum, stone removed and chopped 3tbsp coconut oil 2tbsp honey tsp cinnamon cup coconut, unsweetened and shredded 2tbsp sunflower seeds, roasted cup pecans, chopped Method:
  1. Put the pear, plum, apple, honey, oil, and cinnamon in your Instant Pot and stir gently to combine.
  2. Select the STEAM function and set the cooking time to ten minutes.
  3. Once cooked, remove the mixture and set it aside.
  4. In the pot, mix together the sunflower seeds, pecans, and coconut, then set to SAUTE for four to five minutes.
  5. Tip the mixture over the fruit and serve warm.
Early Morning Bready Egg
Time: 20 min. | Serves: Ingredients: 4 eggs 3 large bread rolls 7oz cheddar cheese, grated tsp red chili flakes tsp sour cream 1tbsp butter 1tsp salt, or to taste Method:
  1. Cut the rolls in two, then hollow out the center of each half.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the chili pepper flakes, salt, and sour cream.
  3. Beat the eggs together and pour evenly into the hollowed out bread halves.
  4. Grease your Instant Pot with the butter, then place the egg-filled bread halves inside.
  5. Top these with the spice mix and the cheese.
  6. Cook on STEAM for ten minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
Veggie Breakfast Pudding
Time: 30 min. | Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: 1 cup cauliflower rice 1tsp pure vanilla extract 1 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk 2tsp finely ground cinnamon powder 1 cup water salt, to taste Method:
  1. Put all the ingredients into your Instant Pot and stir them gently to mix.
  2. Select the MANUAL function, and set the cooking time to twenty minutes.
  3. Serve warm.
Quiche with Sausage and Egg
Time: 50 min. | Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: 1 cup finely ground sausage, cooked cup diced ham cup goat milk 6 large eggs, well beaten 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 cup goat cheese, shredded 2 large green onions, chopped sea salt and black pepper, to taste Method:
  1. Mix together the goats milk and beaten eggs, then season well.
  2. In a souffl dish or ramekin, mix together the bacon, sausage, ham, cheese, and green onions.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the meat, stir well, and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Pour a cup water into your Instant Pot, then put the steamer basket over it.
  5. Place your dish on the basket and close the lid, ensuring sure the valve is sealed.
  6. Cook on MANUAL, and set the cooking time to thirty minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
Farro and Raisin Nutty Breakfast
Time: 10min. | Serves: Ingredients: cup steel cut oats 2 apples, cut into half-inch chunks tsp cinnamon tsp ginger 1 cups water Maple syrup, to taste Salt, clove, and nutmeg to taste Method:
  1. Pop the oats, apple, water, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove, and salt into your Instant Pot and mix it all together.
  2. Cook on Manual for five minutes.
  3. Once cooked, sweeten with maple syrup as required and serve immediately.
  4. TIP: This is lovely topped with some chopped nuts!
Chia Oats with Berries
Time: 11 min. | Serves: Ingredients: 1tsp chia seeds cup old fashioned oats cup almond milk, unsweetened cup blueberries Pinch ground cinnamon Splash of vanilla Pinch of salt 1 cups water Sweetener or sugar, to taste Method:
  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl, then pop the mix into a pint size jar, which you need to cover with aluminum foil.
  2. Add the water to your Instant Pot, then put the steamer basket or trivet on top. | Serves: Ingredients: 1tsp chia seeds cup old fashioned oats cup almond milk, unsweetened cup blueberries Pinch ground cinnamon Splash of vanilla Pinch of salt 1 cups water Sweetener or sugar, to taste Method:
    1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl, then pop the mix into a pint size jar, which you need to cover with aluminum foil.
    2. Add the water to your Instant Pot, then put the steamer basket or trivet on top.

      Put the foil-covered jar on top of this.
