He unites the tribe under one rule and with the help of the foreign metal, helps bring technological advancement to the kingdoms except for the Jabari. What does the Black Panther eat? - 3 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 can of tomato paste
- cup of pepper sauce
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 cups of chopped African spinach
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Directions Place a pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil Add the ketchup.
Stir and add the washed shrimps Season with a tablespoon of salt for 4 minutes Set the shrimps aside Blanch the African spinach for about 15 seconds with hot water. Keep in a sieve to drain out excess water Pour in the oil into a pot over medium heat and add the pepper sauce and tomato paste Fry for 3 minutes Add the shrimps and chopped red bell pepper Add the spinach and stir Add a cup of water and cover to cook Cook for 8 minutes Serve Prep Time: 9 minutes Servings:

- 1 can of tomato paste
- cup of pepper sauce
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 cups of chopped African spinach
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 3 tablespoons of palm oil
- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 1 pack of chicken drum sticks
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
1 onion bulb Directions Empty the palm oil into a pot and heat till smoke point. Add the cut onions and the pepper and tomato sauce immediately. Fry for 5 minutes.
Stir as you fry. Season with salt and black pepper Add 1 cup of water and the chicken also. Cook for 10 minutes. Add cup of water and the chopped spinach along with the red bell pepper. Stir and cook for 13 minutes. Serve Prep Time: 15 minutes Servings:

- 1 cup of water
- 3 cups of African spinach
Directions Boil up water for the cooking of the rice. Add the vegetable oil along with of a whole bulb onion. Let the water boil then rinse in the rice and cover to cook.
Check constantly for softness. Heat up a pot over medium heat and add the olive oil and the palm oil Pour the water and season with salt and pepper to taste. Chop and blanch the spinach in hot water for 30 seconds. Add to the boiling broth and stir. Slice in the onions. Stir, cover to cook for 10 minutes.
