  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 medium-sized eggs
  • cup whole milk
  • cup breadcrumbs
  • cup onions powder
  • tsp. powdered garlic
  • 1 tsp. cooking salt
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp. sesame oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 300

Mix all the beef, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, salt, soy sauce and black pepper together in a bowl

Roll them into as many balls as desired.

Place saucepan over medium heat, add oil ad heat

Place balls in saucepan and stir-fry for 4 minutes

Place balls in a coated baking pan

Then place baking pan in oven and bake for 15 minutes

Remove baking pan from oven

Smear brown sugar over the meatballs and bake for 5 minutes.

  • cup deveined, peeled shrimps
  • cup chopped chard
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • cup minced onion
  • tsp. cooking salt
  • tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4 tbsp. sesame oil

Directions

Season chicken with black pepper, onion and salt. Cook in skillet with the sesame oil for 10 minutes until chicken becomes brown.

Beat the eggs with the shrimps, parmesan, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Add the egg mixture to skillet and cook for 2 minutes

Serve embellished with chard

  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 2 cup grated feta cheese
  • 8 slices wheat bread

Directions

Mix butter, feta cheese and turmeric.

Spread butter mixture on opposite sides of the bread.

Add 2 tbsp. of butter mixture to skillet and melt over heat.

Cook bread in skillet butter side down

Cook for 5 minutes until cheese melts and the bread becomes brown.

Flip one loaf of bread over the other and cook for 50 seconds more

Repeat the same steps for other loaves
