- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 6 teaspoons coriander seeds
- bunch spring onions
- 2 teaspoon allspice
- 500g egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 small cucumbers
- cup sesame paste
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons black vinegar
- 2 long green chili
- bunch parsley
- 1 bunch chives
- 3/4 cup peanut oil
Directions Prepare the green chili oil by combining the parsley, chives, and green chilies in a food processor.
Blend till it forms a paste and add the peanut oil.
