Ingredients Lean ground turkey (1 lb) Lean ground beef (1 lb) Extra virgin olive oil (2 teaspoons) Medium onion, chopped (1) Garlic cloves, crushed (2 cloves) Parmesan cheese, grated (1/2 cup) Seasoned breadcrumbs (3/4 cups) Large eggs, lightly beaten (2) Ground dried oregano, and basil (1 teaspoon) Salt (3/4 teaspoon) Directions Preheat the oven at 370F Place a small skillet over medium-high heat Add in onion and stir fry until translucent then and garlic and cook for an extra minute Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, eggs, onion, and spices in a large bowl Then add turkey and beef and combine thoroughly Shape into meatballs (your preferred size) Coat baking pan with cooking spray, place meatballs on the pan Bake well done or slightly brown You can serve meatballs with pasta and your favorite sauce.
