Supreme Pizza roll ups
Supreme style pizza has always been a childhood favorite. Lets turn it into a delicious roll-up appetizer. This appetizer is easy to assemble and can be customized to your preferences. Cant go wrong with mini pizza rolls at a party.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8 oz) tube of crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup mini pepperonis
- 4 mozzarella cheese sticks, halved
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp green bell peppers, minced
- 1/2 cup Italian sausage, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375F. Prepare baking sheet and set aside.
- Separate crescent roll dough along perforation into 8 triangles. Place pepperoni, green bell pepper and Italian sausage. Top with mozzarella stick.
- Roll up crescent rolls starting on one side with pepperoni and continue to roll all the way over. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together butter, Italian seasoning, and fresh basil. Brush mixture over the pizza roll ups. Transfer to oven.
- Bake at 375F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven.
Serve immediately with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

English Cucumber bitEs
An instant party appetizer hit. If you need an appetizer thats healthy and quick to make, this is a good one. I made these for an Oscar party. These were gone in less than 15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 English cucumbers, sliced
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 (5 oz) container plain Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp fresh dill, minced
- 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
DIRECTIONS
- Slice cucumbers into 1/2-inch rounds. Then, slice the grape tomatoes in half and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, dill and ranch seasoning. Mix well using an electric mixer or mix by hand.
- Transfer cream cheese mixture into a piping bag. If you dont have one, use a large ziploc bag and cut off the bottom edge to create a hole.
- Pipe cream cheese mixture on to the cucumbers. Top with grape tomatoes. Serve immediately.

CHEDDAR & BACON BISCUITS
These cheesy, buttery and savory biscuits are so delicious. They are perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Any time of day. Enjoy a little bacon to kick start your day.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups bacon bits, crumbled
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup dried chives
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, frozen
- 1 3/4 cups milk
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven at 450F. Add parchment paper to a baking sheet. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine bacon bits, flour cheese, chives, baking powder, Kosher salt, and baking soda. Grate butter using a large hole grater. Add to the flour mixture.
- Stir in milk using a rubber spatula until dough forms into a soft texture.
- Add flour to work surface. Knead dough up to 4 times until it comes together well. Use a rolling pin to roll out dough until 1 1/4-inch square. Using a glass, cut out 12 rounds. Place biscuits on prepared baking sheet. Put in freezer for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from freezer. Put into oven to bake at 425F for 16 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve warm with jam or butter.

roasted parmesan squash
Its that time of the year in Utah where zucchini and yellow squash are everywhere. This recipe is the perfect side dish or appetizer with any hearty main dish. Slice your zucchini and yellow squash, add cheese and roast away.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced Any hearty dish (chicken or pork)
- 2 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt & ground pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven at 450F. Prepare a skillet.
- Cut zucchini and squash into slices. Add to skillet. Coat squash with olive oil. Add Parmesan cheese and season with kosher salt and ground pepper to taste.
- Place skillet into oven. Bake at 450F for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned on top.
- Remove from oven. Serve immediately with any hearty dish.

PRETZEL PIGS-IN-A-BLANKET
Time to get out the game changer appetizers. This tailgate crowd pleaser will have your party hopping. These pretzel bites come together in less than 20 minutes. Easy peasy.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg cocktail franks/mini hot dogs
- 1 (13 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 5 cups water
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Sea salt, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Bring pizza dough to room temperature. Cut the dough into strips and stretch/roll out. Roll up mini hot dogs in pizza dough so the dough wraps around twice, leaving the ends sticking out and cutting off any leftovers.
- Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bring cups of water to a light boil. Add in 1/4 cup of baking soda. Once dissolved - boil wrapped hot dogs in water mixture for 20-30 seconds each (working in small batches). Remove and place back on baking tray.
