James Barry and Margaret Floyd have forever altered what happens in our kitchen, as well as our eating choices when we dine outside the home. Their recipes are both delicious and nutritious and offer novel and unique flavors for the senses. The information and recipes in The Naked Foods Cookbook have helped eliminate years of mild gastritis and acid reflux. Thus, I no longer have the need for antacids and blockers. My ten-year-old daughter loves the food and always asks that we prepare more kale chips! She also eats delicious vegetables at every meal.

Ive been eating these meals for the last few months and I love them. Ive lost weight, I feel lighter, I have more energy, and I feel better overall. Who knew eating well could actually taste this good?!
Glenn Howerton, actor/writer/producer
I cannot say enough about the positive changes that have come my way since switching over to the naked lifestyle. My meals are fresh and delicious and I know I am only putting the healthiest and purest foods into my body. Not only do I feel amazing, but I was also able to lose all the baby weight I gained after the birth of my second child. I see no reason to eat over-processed food when there is a simple way to feed myself and my family nourishing meals.
Kerry Armstrong, busy mother and producer of The Moth StorySLAMS
Life-changing in terms of my health and fitness, this book has shown me how healthy eating can positively affect my quality of life. I have never had a healthier or more positive relationship with my body! Eating naked is not The Next Diet. It is The Last Diet. Purge your pantry and strip the junk from your shopping list, but beware: you will doubtless have to face the facts about your rotten little food habits. Mine was surimi.

Introduction
Cooking holds a very special place in our hearts. Professionally, its our primary focus. Personally, it changed the course of our lives. You see, we fell in love in the kitchen.
It was probably inevitable. All those long, hot hours, perfecting delicious naked recipes for Margarets first book, Eat Naked: Unprocessed, Unpolluted, and Undressed Eating for a Healthier, Sexier You. All that talk of food, flavor, and vibrant health. With a shared passion for something so life giving and sensual, how could we resist each other?
As humans, were biologically wired to avoid pain and seek pleasure. Feeding ourselves is one of the wonderful ways we get to give ourselves that pleasure multiple times a day, every single day. Sometimes in the general chaos of everyday life, this perspective gets lost. For many, eating is a hassle or a source of stress, a necessary evil thats time consuming, waist expanding, and, more times than not, very confusing.
