Cosmopolitan Gluten Free Cocktail Ingredients: 1 cup vodka 1/3 cup (2 shots) Homemade Orange Liqueur or DeKuyper, Luxardo 1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail 1/2 cup pomegranate juice 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 4 2-inch lemon or orange peels curled Directions: Combine all ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator.

Just before serving and working in batches, fill a martini shaker halfway full with ice and some of the lemon or orange curls
Arctic Sunset Gluten Free Cocktail Ingredients: 3 ounces vodka 1 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec Ice maraschino cherry Directions: Combine the vodka and Cointreau in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for at least 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled martini glass and add the cherry.
Mint Margarita Gluten Free Cocktail Ingredients: 5 tablespoons (packed) fresh mint leaves 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon organic blue agave 3 tablespoons tequila 1 tablespoon orange flavored liqueur (such as Cointreau) Ice Kosher salt, optional Limes slices for garnish Mint springs for garnish Directions: Place 4 tablespoons of whole mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker along with the lime juice and agave. Using a muddler, press down and twist repeatedly until you really smell the mint. Add the tequila, orange flavored liqueur and about a cup of ice.

Shake well until really cold. If you like your margaritas with salt, pour some kosher salt into a small plate, rub a lime wedge around the top of the glass and dip into the salt. Take the remaining mint leaves, roll them up like a cigar and slice thinly with a very sharp knife. Add some ice to the glass, strain in the margarita and then stir in the sliced mint. Serve with a few slices of lime and a sprig of mint if desired.
Boston Rum Punch Gluten Free Cocktail Ingredients: 3 1/2 ounces (7 tablespoons) sugar Peel and freshly squeezed juice of 2 oranges (the peel should have no pith) 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cut into small dice 3 ounces raspberry syrup 1 ounce cognac, preferably VSOP 1 ounce kirschwasser 1/2 ounce rum 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier 2 cups chilled dry white wine 1 liter chilled seltzer water Two 750-ml bottles chilled sparkling wine Twists of orange peel, for garnish Directions: Prepare an oleo-saccharum (sweet oil) by combining the sugar and orange peel pieces in a mixing glass.

Muddle until the sugar is moist with oil from the peels. Let sit for about 30 minutes. Add the pineapple chunks and muddle, then add the orange juice and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Strain the liquid into a large pitcher or jug, pressing the pulp to extract as much juice as possible. Add the raspberry syrup, cognac, kirschwasser, rum, Grand Marnier and white wine; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or two.
