( Prep + Cooking Time: 1 hour 10 Minutes| Servings: 1; 16 slices)

Ingredients:

  • Divided raw pumpkin seeds 1 cups
  • Flax seeds cups
  • Chia seeds cup
  • Psyllium husk cup
  • Warm water 1 cups
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Pink Himalayan salt 1 tsp
  • Raw sunflower seeds 1 cup
  • Maple syrup 1 tsp

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350F; then line with a parchment paper.

Put 1 cup of pumpkin seeds in a blender and pulse until finely chopped.

Mix the pumpkin seed flour with the rest of the pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chai seeds, sunflower seeds, maple syrup, psyllium, and salt.

Add warm water and oil to the mixture; stir gently until the batter is thick and well mixed.

Press and pack the batter with your hands into the load pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes.

Remove the loaf from the oven and flip into a baking sheet. Return the loaf pan and bake for another i5 minutes.

The bread should make a hollow sound when it is done. Let it cool completely and slice into 16 loaves.

Serve with avocado toppings.

Ingredients:

  • Tahini cup
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • Ground flax seed cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds
  • Psyllium husks cup

Directions:

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 350F

Combine the psyllium husk, baking powder, ground flax seeds, and slat in a large mixing bowl; whisk well.

Add water to the tahini; whisk properly.

Mix the dry and wet ingredients and knead into dough; ensure that the dough is uniform.

Shape patties with your hand; the patties should be inches thick and 4 inches in diameter.

Place into your baking tray and cut a small circle into the middle of each round dough.

Add sesame seeds on the rounds.

Put in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.

When it is golden brown, remove the bagels from the oven.

Cut in half and top with anything you want.

Ingredients:

  • Ketogenic Bread
  • baking powder - 2 teaspoon
  • sea salt - 1 teaspoon
  • water 1 cup
  • sesame seed 2 tablespoon
  • cider vinegar 2 teaspoon
  • almond flour 1 and cups
  • psyllium husk powder 5 tablespoon
  • Eggs 2
  • Sloppy Joe
  • Apple cider vinegar 1tbsp
  • Veggie broth 2 cups
  • Onion powder 1tsp
  • Garlic powder tbsp
  • Hulled hemp seeds cup
  • Chopped walnuts 1 cup
  • Tomato paste 6oz
  • Granulated sweetener 1 tbsp
  • Prepared mustard 1tbsp
  • Hulled pumpkin seeds 1 cup

Directions:

Set the oven to a temperature of 350F

Mix the ingredients in a bowl.

Then add vinegar and egg to the mix.

Also, add boiling water and ensure the mix is even.

Use some olive oil to moisten your hands and shape the dough into five or six different rolls

Then place it nicely on a greased lined baking sheet

Bake in the lower rack part of the oven for about 1 hour.

Look for a hollow sound by tapping the bottom of the bread

Mix all the ingredients in a pot over medium-low heat.

Place the lid over the pot and cook for about 45 minutes; stir from time to time.

Ensure that the sloppy joe mix is simmering and not burning.

Serve on your already made ketogenic bread.
