Fill the cookie crusts with the matcha green tea cream. Place the cookie crusts filled with matcha green tea cream and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes and then at 150 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Cool down the matcha green tea cheese cakes at room temperature until it has set. Serve with whipped cream and decorations.

Cool the muffins at room temperature and serve.

Add the green tea-mixed flour with the butter until it becomes cookie dough. Wrap the cookie dough with plastic wrap and leave it in a refrigerator for about 30-60minutes. Take out the cookie dough out of the refrigerator and cut as many cookie pieces as desired. Bake them in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. Cool the cookies at room temperature and serve.

Matcha Green Tea Cupcake
Ingredients Makes 6 cups 1 table spoon Matcha Green Tea Powder 80g Flour 1 - photo 6Ingredients: Makes 6 cups 1 table spoon Matcha Green Tea Powder 80g Flour 1 teaspoon Baking Powder 1 Egg 30g Butter 3 table spoons Sugar 2 tablespoons Milk Whipped Cream (Sweetened with sugar) Directions Reserve half of the matcha green tea powder for the topping.

Mix rest of the matcha green tea powder with flour and baking powder. Leave aside. Warm up milk in a microwave for about 10 seconds and melt the sugar in the warm milk. Leave aside. Melt butter in a microwave for about 20 seconds. Leave aside.

Beat an egg and mix with the reserved green tea mixed flour. Add the milk and butter in the flour. Mix well. Pour the filling in cups and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool down the cupcakes at room temperature so the cream topping will not melt when place on top. Add the reserved matcha green tea powder with whipped cream and mix to combine.

Decorate the cupcake with matcha green tea whipped cream and serve.
