Introduction
Holidays are such an important time for families and friends. All holidays create special moments and memories to treasure. Homemade gifts are thoughtful ways to let the people in your life know you care about them during the holiday season. The uniqueness of home-made gifts inspired my Gifts-In-A-Jar Cookbook series.
The Gifts-in-a-Jar Cookbook Series would not be complete without ChristmasGifts-in-a-Jar Cookbook, because gifts-in-a-jar are popular and easy to make. They can also be made ahead and this can help avoid the last minute stress of shopping for gifts during the busy holiday season.
We hope you enjoy reading it as well as trying out all of the recipes. This cookbook is designed for easy use and is organized into alphabetical sections: appetizers and dips, beverages, breads and muffins, breakfast, cakes, candies, cookies, dressings, sauces, and condiments, jams, jellies, and syrups.
Do enjoy your holiday reading and recipe planning, but more importantly, have fun with those you care about while you are cooking and preparing gifts. Happy Holiday season from the author Karen Jean Matsko Hood.
