Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Sweet chili sauce (2 tbsp)
- Sugar (1 tbsp)
- Salt to taste
- Chinese five-spice powder (1 tbsp)
- 16 chicken wings
- Fish sauce (2 tbsp)
- 2 limes, quartered
Directions Take a bowl and whisk chili sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, five-spice powder, sugar, green onion and garlic together. Take shallow pan and arrange chicken pieces in it. Add the above mixture and stir to coat uniformly. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat the oven to Tow Hundred and Twenty (220) degrees Celsius.
Transfer the marinated chicken to the baking sheet but first grease the baking sheet. Bake for about 45 minutes in the oven until crispy. Ginger orange glazed chicken wings Ingredients
- Minced peeled fresh ginger (3 tbsp)
- Frozen orange juice concentrate ( cup), thawed
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- Fresh lemon juice (3 tbsp)
- Chicken wings (2 pounds)
- Hot sauce ( cup)
- 3 medium green onions, sliced thinly
- Vegetable oil (1 tbsp)
- Sugar ( cup)
Directions Mix fresh garlic, ginger, sugar, vegetable oil, hot sauce, orange juice concentrate and lemon juice together in resealable plastic bag. Put in chicken wings and mix until the chicken is uniformly coated and chill overnight. Preheat the oven to TWO HUNDRED (200) degrees Celsius. Take the baking sheet and line aluminum foil on it.
Arrange wings on it and bake until shiny and brown, for about 45 minutes. Shift to serving plate and decorate with green onion. Sweet and sour dipping sauce Ingredients
- Cornstarch (1 tsp)
- Ketchup (2 tbsp)
- Distilled white vinegar ( 1/3 cup)
- Brown sugar (3 tbsp)
- Vegetable oil (2 tsp)
- Salt to taste
- Unsweetened pineapple juice ( 2/3 cup)
Directions Whisk cornstarch and vinegar, salt, brown sugar, ketchup, pineapple juice and oil together in a skillet over low heat until the mixture is heated completely. Deviled eggs with zip

- Mustard powder (2 tsp)
- 12 eggs
- Pepper and salt to taste
- Mayonnaise (2 tbsp)
- Paprika for garnish
- Mustard prepared in white vinegar (1 tsp)
Directions Boil water in a skillet, add eggs cover and let it stand for about 12 minutes. Take out, reserve for some time to cool and peel. Cut each egg lengthwise and drain yolk.
Mash the yolk together with pepper, salt, mustard powder, prepared mustard and mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Fill the yolk mixture in the egg whites and top with paprika. Refrigerate until serve. Chinese chicken wings Ingredients
- Soy sauce (2 cups)
- Garlic powder (2 tbsp)
- Brown sugar (2 cups)
- Chicken wings (5 pounds), split and tips throw out
Directions Take skillet and stir garlic powder, brown sugar, and soy sauce together. Stir and cook until the sugar dissolves. Take away from heat and reserve to cool.
Take a large bowl and arrange the chicken wings in it Add soy sauce and toss until coat uniformly. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat the oven to ONE HUNDRED And SEVENTY FIVE (175) degrees Celsius. Transfer the chicken wings along with marinade to the baking dish cover with aluminum foil. Bake for about 45 minutes in the oven until hot. Serve hot. Serve hot.

- Semisweet chocolate chips (4 cups)
- Plain salted potato chips (1 bag or 8 ounce)
- Peanut butter chips (2 cups)
- Dry-roasted peanuts (2 cups)
Directions Melt peanut butter chips and chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl for about 3 minutes and stir until chips are smooth and tender. Crush potato chips and add to the above mixture along with roasted peanuts. Spoon out desired amount on waxed paper and reserve for about 15 minutes to cool. Chill in refrigerator until serve. - Dry roasted peanuts (2 cups)
- Semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
- Chow mein noodles (4 cups)
- Butterscotch chips (2 cups)
Directions Take 9 to 13 inch dish and butter it. Boil water in a pot and melt butterscotch chips and chocolate in boiler over it.
Take away from heat and put in noodles and peanuts. Pour the mixture in the dish, press and chill. Finally cut into pieces and then serve. Chinese chews Ingredients

- Chopped walnuts (1 cup)
- Whole flour (2 cups)
- Flaked coconut ( cup)
- White sugar (4 tbsp)
- 4 eggs
Directions Take 8 to 12 inch baking pan, mix white sugar, flour and butter together and pour in the baking dish. Preheat the oven to THREE HUNDRED And TWENTY FIVE (325) degrees Celsius and bake the above mixture in it for about 15 minutes. Beat eggs.
Add coconut, nuts and brown sugar and scatter on above mixture. Bake for about half hour and then reserve to cool. Dust with confectioners sugar before serving. Almond cookies
