Instructions: In a bowl, mix the beef broth, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and sesame oil. Pour the mixture into a slow cooker. Stir in the beef.

Coat evenly with the sauce. Cover the pot. Cook on low for 6 hours or until tender. In a bowl, mix the cornstarch and water. Add the mixture to the slow cooker. Seal the pot.

Cook on high for 30 minutes. Add the broccoli florets to the sauce. Stir to coat with the sauce. Serve on top of the rice. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and green onions.
