- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornflakes, crushed
- 1 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 8 chicken thighs and legs, skin removed
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
Brush your baking pan with melted butter. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, crushed cornflakes and salt. In another bowl, add the eggs. Dip the chicken in the eggs and cover with the flour mixture. Arrange the chicken in the baking pan. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Flip and bake for 15 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 175 degrees F.
2. Cheeseburger Cups
These cheeseburger cups are so easy to make, your kids can help you out. Of course, theyll help finish them off after, even if you dont ask them to. Serving Size: Preparation & Cooking Time: 30 minutes Ingredients:
- 1 lb. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- cup process cheese, sliced into cubes
Instructions: Add the ground beef to a pan over medium heat. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Cook while stirring until browned. Drain the fat. Stir in the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and ketchup. Cook for 2 more minutes. Press the biscuits into a muffin pan. Top each biscuit with the beef mixture.
Add the cheese cubes on top. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until golden.
3. Mac & Cheese
This is a simple and inexpensive mac and cheese dish that you can make in one pan. It comes together within just a few minutes. Your kids will love it.
Serving Size: Preparation & Cooking Time: 30 minutes Ingredients:
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cups half and half cream
- lb. process cheese, sliced into cubes
Toppings
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- Arugula leaves
Instructions: Prepare the pasta according to the directions in the package. Drain and set aside. Add the butter to a pan over medium heat. Stir in the all-purpose flour and cream.
