Jeffrey F. Addicott is a Distinguished Professor of Law and the Director of the Center for Terrorism Law at St Marys University School of Law, San Antonio, Texas, US. His most recent book (2009) is entitled: Terrorism Law: Materials, Cases, and Comments (5th edition).
Edward Grant Andrew, Professor of Political Science (Emeritus) at the University of Toronto, has published widely in political theory; his most recent book is Patrons of Enlightenment (University of Toronto Press, 2006).
Thomas M.J. Bateman is Associate Professor of Political Science at St Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, and a co-editor of The Court and the Constitution and The Court and the Charter (Emond Montgomery, 2008).
Louise Carbert is Associate Professor of Political Science at Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She is the author, most recently, of Rural Womens Leadership in Atlantic Canada (University of Toronto Press, 2006).

Christine Cornell is Associate Professor of English at St Thomas University, Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada.
Amanda DiPaolo is Assistant Professor of Political Science at Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, US.
Hugh Donald Forbes is Professor of Political Science at the University of Toronto. His most recent book is George Grant: A Guide to His Thought (University of Toronto Press, 2007).
Oxana Gaman-Golutvina is Professor at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and the author of Politicheskie elity Rossii [Russias Political Elites] (ROSSPEN, 2006).
Eric Talbot Jensen held the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and was Chief of the International Law Branch, Office of The Judge Advocate General, US Army. He is now Assistant Visiting Professor at Fordham University School of Law.
W. Andy Knight is Professor and Chair in the Department of Political Science at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He is the author of many publications, most recently of Adapting the United Nations to a Postmodern Era: Lessons Learned (2nd edition, Palgrave/Macmillan, 2005) and Building Sustainable Peace (with Tom Keating, University of Edmonton Press/United Nations University Press, 2004).
Hairong Lai is a research fellow at the China Center for Comparative Politics and Economics, Beijing, China.
