EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques is a method to improve the flow of energy through the energy body.
We all have an energy body, and it lets us know how well it is doing via the medium of EMOTION.
Emotions are sensations we can feel in our bodies that have no physical origin |
Emotions range from fine sensations which are also called intuition via the sensations we normally associate with emotions, such as anger, joy, depression etc. and at the higher end, emotions can be so intense and painful, they become indistinguishable from physical pain and those emotions are called psychosomatic pain.
Our emotional state tells us how our energy body is doing |
When we are happy, in love, feel strong and capable, our energy body is doing well. A lot of energy flows through it quickly.
When we are scared, upset, feel powerless and depressed, our energy body is not doing well. Energy is stuck, blocked, and we have no energy to deal with life.
People did not understand the connection between emotions and the energy body, and did not give any attention to the many cries for help the stressed energy body produces all the time.
Modern energy work, of which EFT is an example and a good introduction, focuses on the energy body exclusively, because we now know that when we feed the energy body, not only do our emotions settle down, but we also think much more clearly and our bodies become stronger.
By directly addressing the needs of the energy body, we have a simple, direct path to feeling better, thinking better, and becoming fitter and healthier. |
The Stress Factor
Everyone talks about stress, and everyone knows that when you get stressed, you start doing, feeling and thinking things you would never be doing, feeling or thinking on a good day.
Nobody knows what stress really is however, or how to avoid stress, remove stress, or how to turn stress into success instead.
This is because of the energy body as the missing X-factor in the equation.
Modern peoples energy bodies are in a state of advanced scurvy.
The Scurvy Story
A long time ago, when the first great ships sailed across the oceans of the world, the sailors were beset by a mysterious illness.
It made their hair and teeth fall out, made their bones weak, caused their eyesight to go bad, their skin bubble up in boils. It also made them prone to mistakes and falling off the rigging, and they couldnt sleep right, started to hallucinate and go mad with it.
All these many symptoms came down to just one simple thing - the absence of fresh Vitamin C in their diet.
Just a few drops of lime juice, and all the symptoms went away.
The energy body of modern human beings is living in scurvy conditions. That is because nobody knows about it, no-one takes care of it, and it isnt being fed with the kind of energies the energy body needs to become strong and healthy, to function normally.
There is no pill or potion that can alleviate energy body stress.
To have a healthy energy body, you need to feed it right -with energy vitamins, powerful, positive energy forms.
As soon as we do that, the many symptoms of energy body stress start to disappear, and a different person emerges -someone who is stronger, faster, smarter, and most of all, happier.
