W ith an estimated forty million adults currently suffering from anxiety in the United States, it would be fair to say that anxiety is the affliction of our times. This is especially so if we recognize stress as a form of anxiety. More than any other generation of humans, we are saddled today with tasks, responsibilities, and a flood of information well beyond the brains capacity to manage. If you doubt this, just take a look at your to-do list then tell me how you feel.
