Although more than one hundred text books are quoted in the documentation in the Selected Bibliography and the End Notes, these books represent only a fraction of the authors and researchers who have influenced and challenged my thinking about the subject of Creation.

The Bible and the Christian and Jewish belief in Gods supernatural Creation are under relentless attack in our generation in high schools, universities, seminaries, and the media. Yet everything we believe as Christians, our hope for salvation and heaven itself, depends upon the truthfulness and trustworthiness of the sacred Scriptures. Over the years they have continually encouraged me on my own spiritual journey to share my research and studies that relate to the authority of the Word of God.

I dedicate the book, CREATION, to my lovely wife, Kaye, who is my inspiration, my faithful partner in our ministry, and the manager of our publishing company. An intellectual and spiritual revolution has occurred in the last two decades as thousands of scientists discovered evidence in the fields of astronomy, physics, and genetics that disproves the evolutionary materialistic concept that blind chance and billions of years could account for the universe and life itself.

I trust that the information in CREATION will instill in you a profound sense of wonder at Gods wondrous creation, and that it will restore your confidence in the total authority and accuracy of the Holy Scriptures. One of the most profound statements found in the pages of the Bible appears in the very first verse where God declares that He alone is the Creator of both the heaven and the Earth. The Scriptures declare in their opening words, In the beginning God created the heaven and the Earth (Genesis 1:1). This declaration is certainly the most controversial and important scientific statement made in the pages of Scripture. The implications of the existence of God as our Creator are overwhelming concerning the truth about the purpose and meaning of human existence in this Universe as well as the question of Who actually created the marvelously complex heavens and Earth that includes the awesomely complicated biological life that flourishes on Earth.
