Preface

M y Guru, Baba Hiral Shah had told me many years back that Sai would make me write a book, but I procrastinated. When I recently met Gowsai, a healer he spoke the same words that my Guru had told me years back, Sai will make you write a book.

I did not know what I was meant to write, what would the format be like or what Sai would convey. I simply sat to write.

I invoked Him and the words began flowing. When Sai conveys his messages there is no Mind, there is no Me, the words just type itself on the computer and form sentences, paragraphs and pages. I did not even realize how I finished this book.

Sai is extremely generous and his love for his bhaktas is difficult to define. Many of Sai bhaktas will tell you that when he chooses you to write, he makes sure you are following his command.

It was my Guru Baba Hiral Shah who would ask me to write messages. Those messages would be from different saints and angels, but after he left his mortal body I stopped automatic writing. I thought why should I write? Who would validate? My Guru was not around, so how could I write? I was mistaken, for my Guru even after leaving his mortal body is around. My Guru is with Sai and he has made sure I fulfil the promise I made to him.

I humbly request Sai bhaktas to accept this gift from Sai. Read it daily and keep it in your shrine, for these are his words that have been inked forever. Words that will heal those that suffer. Sai is always looking out for his children. When he puts his hand on your head, your problems disappear. The voltage of your suffering lessens.

My Guru and my Sai have been my anchor and my guide. I am grateful for all the comforts that Sai has provided me with in my life and has given me an opportunity to serve him. I consider myself mere dust at his feet.

I request you to please read this book with utmost devotion, for each and every word in this book is spoken by Sai. Immerse yourself in this gift of love from Sai. I am but a mere instrument conveying his messages. No special powers are required to communicate with Shirdi Sai Baba and it is his mercy and command that I have followed.

It is in the reading of books on Sai, his messages and his conversations that one is enlightened on many subjects.If your love for Sai is immense then he will communicate directly or through his healers. It is these healers that will guide you. To be in constant touch with him it is not necessary to sit in prayers for hours but instead invoke him and seek his guidance. Whenever you are in distress or looking for solutions reach out to him.

I bow at your feet. With folded hands I seek your guidance and direction.

I have been a devout follower of Sai and it was with his blessings that I met my Guru, Baba Hiral Shah. Baba Hiral Shah was a pure soul, who dedicated his life to the betterment of humanity. I thank my Sai and my Baba Hiral Shah for their unconditional love and am forever grateful to them for choosing me as their instrument to write this book for the benefit of humanity.

When one wishes to walk the path of spirituality, life throws hurdles to deviate the soul from the path. I have faced many obstacles in my quest for spirituality and am still learning and evolving. I stumbled and fell many a times and gave up on spirituality; but I am for ever indebted to my Guru and Sai, who never gave up on me.

I am grateful to my maternal and paternal grandparents for their blessings. My parents Sushila and Narain Sawlani, for their unconditional love.

I would like to thank Rimple Manglorkar for introducing me to Gowsai. Rimple has been a devout follower of Sai Baba and communicates with him throughout the day. She never takes any step in her life without Sais permission.Rimples love for Sai is exemplary and I thank her for sharing the experiences of devotees of Sai who have been healed by Gowsai. Gowsai has also been instrumental in the writing of this book and I extend my gratitude to him.

Manjhand Durbar in Khar, Mumbai has been the eternal abode of my grandparents where they volunteered to serve on all holy days. The present Mahant Swami Mohandasji is one of the purest souls on this earth and his divine eyes speak a thousand words. I would like to thank Swami Mohandasji, for his unconditional love towards all.

I thank all Sai bhakt as with whom I share my experiences and love for Sai. Especially my sister Roshini Mahtani who has been a guide for all the followers of Baba Hiral Shah after he left his mortal body. Roshini is a role model disciple and communicates with Sai and has written many holy books. These holy books are placed in the shrine of Lakshmi Narayan Temple in Khar Mumbai. I am grateful to her for sharing the experiences of Babas devotees and penning her feelings for Baba. I extend my gratitude to my brother-in-law Mahesh (Manna) Mahtani who is an inspiration in selfless love and dedication towards Sai. Mahesh and Roshinis dedication and discipline in looking after Sai aasthans across the globe is praise worthy.
