Foreword
I first met Susan somewhere around the mid 1990s. I was an unknown struggling author with big dreams. I stood in line at a book convention in Chicago to meet her. I loved her books, felt a connection through her written words, and wanted to thank her for her impact on me. When I spoke to her, she was kind and patient. She even told me the name of her literary agent, which bolstered my own hope that I might one day be published on a big scale, too.
Decades went by before I reached out to Susan again. Only this time I was a published author, too, and my fame was growing due to my appearance in the hit movie The Secret. I put together an event to be held in San Diego and wondered if Susan would speak at it. Her books were becoming more and more important to my spiritual awakening, and I wanted to feature her at my event. She agreed. The event was a success and the standout at it was of course Susan.
Today, Susan is still writing breakthrough books and helping people awaken. This one is her latest and greatest work. It tackles the idea of unlimited prosperity by offering meditation as the door to freedom and wealth. I needed this book when I was homeless in the late 1970s, and in poverty in the 1980s. Millions need it today, now more than ever. People are uncertain about their future and looking to the outer world for answers. But as Susan explains, the answers are within, not without.

With heightened well-being, charisma, and magnetic attraction, you can become more influential and prosperous in body, mind, and spirit.
Above all, consistent meditation practice can help you expand your awareness, express your divine nature, and fulfill your true life-purpose.
IS MEDITATION A RELIGIOUS PRACTICE?
The universal methods in this book do not promote any particular religion. They can be applied to any spiritual path. You are welcome to change the terminology to suit your personal affinities. For example, you might prefer the word Goddess rather than God, or Spirit rather than Holy Spirit. You may call upon Krishna, Buddha, Christ, Hashem, Allah, or others. Any divine name you favor is acceptable.
WHAT IS GUIDED MEDITATION?
Guided meditation is a way to meditate effortlessly by following detailed, step-by-step instructions. The words on the page will lead you through the process, moment-by-moment. No special abilities, talent, skill, expertise, effort, training, preparation, or practice is required. There is no need to wrench your body into pretzel position, strain to maintain a rigid spine, force out thoughts, blank your mind, watch your breathing, or struggle to concentrate.
Guided meditation is a do-nothing program: do nothing, nothing, and less than nothing. The less you do, the better your experience. Just follow the simple directions. It is that simple!
WHAT IS VISUALIZATION?
While practicing guided meditation, you will naturally imagine, in your mind's eye, what is being described. Even if you believe you cannot visualize, that will not hinder your success. Visualization can be difficult if you strain to concentrate on making mental pictures. But following the simple directions in this book does not require that. It leads you into meditation automatically.
