The Everything Palmistry Book
Dear Reader.
When you first look at someones hands, you are in essence looking into a soul with a magnifying glass. Deeper lines can tell you where a person has been and where they are going; finer lines can tell you more about all the challenges and obstacles he or she has encountered along the way. Does palm reading contain all the answers to the major questions in life? Nobut it is a fabulous tool that allows you to begin looking for outward evidence of your inward journey.
My family has held on to its Turkish and Greek folklore, which includes the reading of hands, cards, tealeaves, and Turkish coffee grounds. My maternal grandmother was very adept at matching couples based on palm reading and looking at a strong cup of Turkish coffee; several happy couples can attribute their marital longevity to Yia-Yia (Greek for Grandma) and her skill in reading the lines on their hands to determine the perfect match.
Today, I am proud of my family lineage and continue these practices as a metaphysician. Over the past fifteen years, I have read hundreds of palms, and I feel highly qualified (and honored) to share my unique experience and insights with you.

Introduction
ITS OFTEN SAID THAT THE EYES ARE THE WINDOWS of the soul, but in many ways, its the hands that offer the greatest insights into who we are and what we can become. As distinctive as the genetic code that sets us apart from every other individual on the planet, each human hand contains unique lines that tell a unique and personal story. No two of us are the same when it comes to palms and fingerprints.
This is where the art of palmistry comes in. An intuitive practice that dates back more than 1,000 years, palmistry is the study of the lines, texture, shapes, and idiosyncrasies of the hand. It is not limited to the palm area alone, but also includes the fingers, knuckles, wrists, mounts, joints, and overall shape of the hand itself. Palmistry can tell you the past, but it can also tell you about future possibilities. As it is practiced today, palmistry offers a complete personality profile of an individual, including his or her major life choices, challenges, and opportunities.
When a professional palm reader looks at your hand, he or she is looking for patterns as well as answers to the great questions of life. Will you live a long and happy life? Will you find love? What kind of career might you choose? How successful will you be? Will you enjoy good health throughout most of your life?
You can get answers to lifes bigger questions in a half-hour reading done by an experienced palm reader, but you dont need a professional to tell you the future that lies in your own hands. With a little helpful guidance from this book, you can read palms for yourself, your family, and friends. For centuries, thousands of people have done just thatas serious means of prediction, a parlor game, or a method of gaining insight, perspective, or direction in life.
