How it Came About

One day I was doing the exercises at the end of a chapter in a small book called How to Become a Money Magnet by Marie Claire Carlyle. The final exercise asked me to write down, What money wants to tell me.

I started to write, having no idea whether anything would come out of my pen at all. I was totally surprised to find myself writing automatically, without knowing what I was writing. I wrote almost one page and then stopped.

When I looked at what I had written I was deeply moved by the message and shocked at the same time because it was so powerful and sweet.

The next few days I went back to my notebook and read the words I had written over and over again. Then I decided to try again and found myself writing more.

The interesting thing was that the style was so different from anything I would have written myself that I knew it wasnt me who was doing the real writing.

There are many books and websites these days with various kinds of channeling and other messages delivered from beings in other worlds or dimensions. I decided to publish this with some trepidation, not sure that I really wanted to enter that arena. However, I feel that the information is so simple and valuable that it would be a pity to keep it to myself.

I believe some of it will be familiar but there are parts which bring a new message that I have not heard elsewhere.

How to Use This Book Wisely

When I first started writing this I thought that all the advice it gives would be easy to follow and everything would just happen naturally. After seven years I can say that is both true and not true.

What I love about the advice given all the time by Money is that it is fundamentally easy and also very attractive. Who doesnt want to have everything they would love to have (and often feel they cant afford), or to make money by enjoying more? But whilst it is easy for us to enjoy ourselves it can be very challenging to change habits of being serious and that is what we are being asked to do.

I have gradually discovered from experience that while the book looks and feels like quite a light read that you can get through in a couple of days and feel inspired by, to get value out of it you have to approach it quite differently.

The results do come naturally when you follow the advice, but it is not always easy to really follow the advice properly.

The more I explore what is written in this book, the more I have come to the conclusion that the simplicity is deceptive. Every instruction is simple, in and of itself, and it is simple to do each little thing you are asked to do. But we are amazingly skillful at avoiding change. We can come up with so many excuses for just not doing it right now, or Ill do it later, but later never comes.

So, if you like what is written here and want to learn this new approach, I recommend that you give yourself lots of time to learn and come back to the book repeatedly to remind yourself what you need to practise. Take on one topic at a time and master it, rather than trying to do everything at once and achieving next to nothing.

It may take 2 or 3 months, especially at first, to get to grips with one simple instruction, but the reward when you finally get it will be far more valuable than the money it will bring you. There is no price you can put on wisdom and that is the real prize of learning this method.

Once you become more familiar with the approach it will start to speed up and the benefits will multiply in many different directions.

So do not be disheartened if it seems difficult and slow at first. Persistence and determination to change yourself are more powerful than the worst habit. And its worth learning because everything we are being taught here can be applied to other areas of life as well.

About the Revised Edition

Some months after I completed the first edition of Love Money, Money Loves You I decided to check in with Money again. I wrote a lot of extra material and some of it seemed very significant.

I also asked some questions about the new currency. This is an idea that started to come to me as I reflected on what Money had been telling us in the original text.

All these chapters have been added in this edition of the book. The only remaining material is up to you.

Some people have started their own conversations with Money and had a similar experience to me. There is a remarkably consistent tone in the messages they have received. You could give it a go too. Its wonderful to have a lively relationship with this energy that is so central to our lives.

I am an energy. I am very powerful and beautiful. I am an incredible web of connections.

You can open up and embrace me fully into your life. It is not too late. You can start now.

Just open yourself and say yes.

Be brave. Love me.

Love yourself so you can accept my power, my glory, my light, my beauty.

I am not the devil. I never have been. I am a glorious being of light.

I connect human beings with each other. I am so flexible you can use me to channel your creativity.

Just go ahead. I am waiting for you. You must open your heart. You are too rigid, too afraid and there is nothing to be afraid of.

You will win not only me but life also.

I am always here to help you. Just accept me and I will come to you very quickly.

There is a lot of me waiting for you. You have chosen to have more.

Dont wait. Just take me. I will love you.

You Cant Control Money

I want to tell you to relax. You all need to relax about money. I am not what you think I am. You are so confused by the coins and notes you have made. You cannot see the energy in money.

You must know that I am energy. I am not your material. I am a different kind of material. You can create with me, but you can never destroy.

At the moment you all have completely the wrong idea about me even the wealthy amongst you. You believe that I control the world and that through me you too can control the world.

But you are never really in control. Even the richest man can be sick or struck down by some insoluble problem. Many people chase me all their lives, but they do not realise that I am transparent and invisible and so flexible and formless that I can elude their every grasp. Never ever believe you can control me because it will drive you crazy in the end.

I am the invisible thread in every exchange between human beings and I hold you together as strongly as a spiders web holds the spider. You can stretch me in every direction as you negotiate your prices but my true value you can never change because it was created in a world you do not understand.

Money Will Save the World

Money will save the world because there is so much of it available. It is not limited. It can offer you one path to freedom.

When you stop feeling money is limited and you have enough for everyone and everyone is creating wealth and abundance you will not need strict money any more, but you will still exchange material at many different levels. For now, you only need to know that we are unlimited. We are flowing around you all the time. We are your system of exchange and transaction that holds your societies together.
