The collected teachings of Alexander contain the mostaccessible explanations of the mechanics of health, illness andlife on this planet that I have yet encountered. The processes andtechniques he first described 20 years ago are now being validatedby modern scientific research, and suggest that he has presented ablueprint for How it works that can be utilized by all of us.

Over the decades of reading hundreds, probablythousands, of different examples of channeled material, I findAlexander's work to be among the very finest I have ever comeacross. I am struck by the exceptional clarity, integrity, andmeaningfulness of these communications.

It has certainly been a pleasure for me tosee how Ramn Stevenss work with Alexander keeps growingthroughout the body of their work together. Now here in EarthlyCycles I see additional growth as Alexander explores manydown-to-earth experiences and concepts having to do withreincarnation, religion, time, sexuality, karmic braids, familiesof consciousness, and a host of other topics I have no room tomention in this brief space. I wish I did have the room!Alexanders subject matter is just too penetrating for any casualsummation, but I can note, for instance, that from a number ofperspectives he takes us on a very rich, in-depth exploration ofthe ancient yet always new and challenging reincarnationalprocess.
Especially do I like Alexanders declaration:Each day offers fresh potential for new growth... Deceptivelysimple, that statement, for in actuality its loaded with thepossibilities of a lifetimeand not for just one lifetime, either, but for a series of them for each of us. I can only recommend thatthe reader study this book again and again for the many insights, the feeling knowledge that it contains. For Alexander gives freshinsights into what is probably the oldest, most basic set ofquestions we mortals struggle with: Who are we? Where did we comefrom? What purpose is there in our lives? Why do we even live?
Consciousness is unceasingly creative, nomatter what its casual, ordinary aspects. We may have our answersto these questions, feeble as they may be sometimes, and in theirown ways those answers may serve their purposes for us this timearound. Im suggesting, however, that Alexanders material cangreatly enrich our individual beliefs, and that this is a potentaccomplishment. We can try on his material for psychic, emotional, and creative size. He offers us hope for something moreanemotional knowing. And by considering Alexanders material, lettingit penetrate, we in turn can add to that knowing qualities from ourpersonal unique consciousness. Then, I think, these grand newsyntheses that we bring into being can ripple throughout ourphysical and nonphysical lives. Indeed, ultimately they can journeythroughout this reality were all creating individually andjointly, with all that that implies on so many levels of being.
This to me is the greatest value ofAlexanders work, that we have all of the psychic, psychologicaland physical room we need to search for and develop our ownanswers, in whatever terms. Or to simply let them come to us, in avariety of ways, if thats the course some of us choose.
We do, then, have that precious freedom ofchoice, of being utterly ourselves while also being linked to agreat ineluctable quality of life that is more than large enough toembrace the process and experience of reincarnation. The belief inmultiple lives, the very living of them, is one of the ways throughwhich we delve into the great mystery of our beings. A very validway, to my way of thinking, as we seek to penetrate that mysterythat surrounds us on our globe like a fine creative halo, a teemingrestless consciousness thats both invisible and visible at thesame time. What great adventures were always involved in,basically spanning the centuries in a wink!
Alexander shows us, then, illuminates, thefantastic variety of experience and accomplishment we humans arecapable of, qualities that unite us all in very often unexpectedyet very creative ways, even while we still have that freedom ofchoice that we value so highlythat we simply must have.
Truly, we are steeped in our earthly cycles.
Nice going in your excellent book,Alexander!

I took a years sabbatical from civilizationand moved to the fringes of a small town deep in Californiasnorthern forests. I lived in an old cabin perched on a bluffoverlooking the Trinity River, bordered by fields, an orchard andgarden, and thick carpets of trees climbing the surroundingmountains. The night I moved in a homeless cat sauntered up, helpedherself to my dinner, and settled in for good.
As autumn faded to winter I found myself withabundant time on my hands; one can chop only so much wood. Fouryears had passed since Alexander, the spirit teacher I channel, haddictated his book Conscious Life: Creating Your Reality ; since itscompletion, occasional snatches of his next work had been bleedinginto awareness. When I asked if the next one was ready, hereplied, The material has been prepared since we finisheddictation for Conscious Life, but give us a few days to revitalizeit. Its like taking an old manuscript out of a dusty trunk; wehave to blow off the cobwebs and dust to prepare it fordelivery.
Four days later Alexander began dictation ofa text he called Earthly Cycles . Over the course of the next fivemonths I went to work almost every weekday morning, sitting intrance at the computer and taking dictation until lunch. Comeafternoon I would review the days material and note any ambiguouspassages; these Alexander would review and rephrase in our nextsession, editing on the fly as the book gradually took shape.
As if to encourage our efforts, this was thewinter Mother Nature finally broke Californias interminabledrought, and with a vengeance. Most mornings I woke to a soggy,fog-shrouded dawn heralding another day of gray drizzle. Id fireup the wood stove, make myself a cup of tea, and settle before thecomputer for another round of dictation. By late spring, with therains finally subsiding and the long-parched earth bursting toexultant life, Earthly Cycles was complete.

Since the dawn of time humanity has puzzledover the deep mysteries of its existence. Who are you, where do youcome from, what lies beyond your senses reach, what is the meaningand purpose of lifeevery generation grapples with these profoundquestions. From time to time a great teacher appears to offer a newvision of humanitys origin and meaning, and the spiritual lawsthrough which life is best lived. These great teachers must couchtheir wisdom in language familiar to their cultures, must expresstheir truth through parable and story, the better to speak to thehearts of their followers.
