L ET ME FIRST START by saying...you got this.

I know you got this because, if you picked up this book, you are one of my peeps and my peeps are those lovely souls who continually seek answers. You are curious about life and because of this you probably have about a bazillion tools and teachings to draw on from all of the books, seminars, retreats, and classes you have attended through the years. I know just how strong and self-aware you are and just how many others you have supported through the years...so brilliantly I might add. And lets just be really honest here...you already know the answer to your question and the solution to your problem...you just need to bounce it off of me really quick to help you see clearer and validate what you already know inside...I get it. Self-doubt goes hand in hand with the work you have chosen to do in this world and the path you have chosen. You just need a little nugget, a little guidance, a little nudge to help you remember what you already know inside.

I know how you have plumbed the depths of your own pain, and pushed the edges of your comfort zone, again and again, to come through triumphant on the other side, in order to do what you are doing for the world and be who and where you are in this moment. You are the courageous...the brave adventurer that follows the light of your heart and the whispers in your soul...to wherever it leads...trusting it even in the most difficult and uncomfortable of circumstances. There is no well-worn path where you are going...because you are creating it as you go. I know...

Go ahead now...open to any page and allow me to briefly shield you, illuminate your path, hold you in my light and support you for just this moment...while you get your bearings, find your inner strength and set out upon your path once again. Bask in these words of comfort, guidance, support and empowerment...and feel your strength renewed.

Always know that I am with you, my sweet soul...I understand you, and you matter to me, I have your back and I absolutely adore you and believe in your strength. Of course, you will find your way through this (duh!) as you have so many times before. Doubt is always the first necessary ingredient in the recipe that precipitates change.

Remember, I am here for you my soul sista...I am in the trenches with you, even now as you do this brave work and are asked to stretch and grow in ways that are scary and uncomfortable and make you doubt yourself.

Let me repeat...you got this, I got your back...now lets get going...there are still so many great things for you ahead.
