One day at a time keeping it real is so important. Before coming to this earthly experience, you sat with the Creator and had a conversation about what to do while you were here to grow and to learn. Have faith knowing that you have chosen well.
Dreams are a dress rehearsal for life, where your spirit or your inner self shows you whats really going on. If you had a dream about running away from something negative and werent aware of the role dreams play, youd just think you had a really crazy dream. But if you are aware of their importance, you can decide to take control of that dream ask yourself what it means, and stand up and face your fears. It signifies you are probably running from something in reality, and standing up to it can change your whole life.
Learn to stand your ground, and be strong. Nobody likes going through negative experiences, but they make you who you are. Spiritually, they offer a huge learning curve.
Life comes down to experiences. When youre born you dont know who you are. As soon as youre born you forget where you came from, and where youve been. Your job initially is to understand who you are. Understanding brings release. We are here to remember where we have been, and to complete the jigsaw of life.
You dont need to be educated to be successful; you just need to follow your dreams.
Be true to yourself and trust your instincts as to what makes your heart sing. Always follow your passions.
Grief can be overwhelming. It can make you bitter, twisted and angry. It can make you so sad you are not sure how you are going to get up in the morning and make it through the day. It can bog you down and hold you back until you are no longer living life. It can break your heart into thousands of tiny pieces. But being like this is no way to live. Please believe me when I say that your loved one who has crossed over does not want to see you like this. They miss you, too, but they want to see you getting on with your life. They want you to leave behind the anguish, the sadness, the hurt and the anger, and enjoy yourself again. Life is for living make the most of it!
Affirmations and prayer are powerful tools. It doesnt matter what affirmations you use, as long as it makes you feel good. If you can recite the whole affirmation without a break, youre sweet. If youre reciting an affirmation but your concentration is broken and you start thinking about whatevers going on at work, or you start going off into la la land, then that negative vibration is still with you. You must recite, recite and if you get cut off, start over. When you can repeat it, one time after the other, that clears that negative vibration from you.
