I wasnt sure what to expect when Metatron came to me so many years ago. Here was a beautiful, huge light being in my bedroom, flashing light and geometric shapes all around me. His presence is immense. I had been working with archangels for some time but had not experienced anything like this before.

It took a long time for me to know and trust Archangel Metatron. It actually took many years to build the level of relationship that I have with him now, where I can say that I am his devoted student and channel. I had no idea that I would leave my corporate law practice to be a full-time Metatronic channel and teacher. Yet, I am happier than ever, and this increases daily.

To me, Metatron is a trusted friend, ally and companion. He gives me guidance, and I have learned to trust it. I have always been sorry when I havent followed his guidance, but he has never forced me or violated my free will. He doesnt even offer his guidance unless he is asked, or unless it is a matter of great importance.

Metatron asked me to write this book some time ago, and I got really excited when I learned it was about ascension. I personally feel that a lot of clarity is needed in this area. Its always described as this vague spiritual topic, and I prefer practical and grounded spirituality.

Archangel Metatrons specialty is ascension, or what he calls personal ascension. In this book, Metatron has thoroughly explained ascension in a very approachable, concise and understandable way. He is here to help each of us to become lighter and freer, to release the past and to embrace a beautiful future.

Metatron is especially focused on those who are willing to hear his call and do the necessary work. These individuals have been called lightworkers and the most dedicated of this group are referred to as wayshowers. Wayshowers, such as myself and my advanced students, light the path for others; however, anyone can choose to work with Metatron.

As I understand it, Metatron asked me to work with him because I came here to be a wayshower and have worked with him in many other lifetimes. Im also willing to release my past and do whatever is needed to move forward in a brighter and happier way, helping others to do the same.

He also asked me to work with him because I am a former corporate lawyer and have a very logical way of thinking. When I decided to embark on a career in spirituality, I had the goal of helping people in concrete, practical ways. It turns out that Metatron has the same goal, and so we work very well together. Even better, his energy is so powerful that working with him can bring very fast and effective results.

I have always had the vague sense that it was possible to feel lighter and happier, even though I didnt previously know how to do it. I am so pleased to be in communication with a beautiful light being who helps me with practical steps, and I am honored to share these steps with you in this book.

Metatron will ask that you look at everything which needs to be released. I have often had to have great courage to overcome the resistance and fear of doing this. That old secret guilt or shame you dont want to face? That relationship where you felt to blame? Your painful childhood memories? It doesnt matter what it is. If you choose to continue to work with Metatron, you will have to face all of it, and sooner rather than later.

Metatron stresses that we have to release all old energy that is weighing us down. We dont have to do this immediately, but he asks for consistent effort. Of course, he helps us every step of the way. Combine these efforts to release the past with the energetic upgrades that Metatron gives us when asked, and real change can be achieved.

I have unknowingly been on Metatrons plan for ascension ever since I met him in this lifetime, even though I did not channel anything about ascension for many years. Now I lead my students along this path, and I have outlined it, with Metatrons help, in this book.

Following Metatrons plan for personal ascension has made me happier and happier. Problems have fallen away, and my life and body have become more and more aligned. Unhealthy relationships have either become healthier or have not remained in my life. I have felt more part of the oneness than ever before, and I feel a deep sense of love and connection on a daily basis.

Working with him is like working with a beautiful beam of light. The main reason I chose to become a channel of light (besides being guided) is how it feels to be constantly bathed in the blissful divine energy. Metatron always makes me feel better and makes my life more beautiful in so many ways. He improves my relationships, my mood and everything about my life. He is pure magic.

Many people have written books about angels, and you might be wondering how this one is different. The answer is that it is practical. This book outlines the precise steps you need to take to change your life and nothing more. If Archangel Metatron is anything, he is practical and to the point. You will not find fanciful or elaborate new age explanations, but you will find real, solid information that can really bring positive changes if you follow it.

You will need a journal and a pen or pencil to complete the exercises in this book. The audio meditations, which can be found on my website as indicated, are also powerful and highly recommended.
