    When Paul told me about this book I was very keen to have a read. I too have been doing Taekwon- -Do for quite some time now, 23+ years, and have always been quite fit, well, up until reading this book anyway, but it has made me realise there was room for improvement. This book has inspired me to increase the amount of training and adjust what techniques I use.
