PRAISE FOR Secret Keeper Girl (for tweens)
What a relief as a mom to find a book on modesty that I know my daughters will love! Dannahs funny examples and BFF tone will make this an easy read for your tween. It will equip you to have conversations, not confrontations, about hot topics like mini-skirts. Dont let culture dictate what is beautiful to your daughters. Have them read Dannahs book instead.

Dannah Gresh has always captured the heart and attention of my four daughters and me. Now with Secret Keeper Girl: The Power of Modesty for Tweens she does it again by showing girls that true beauty is based on a lifestyle and not their outfits! This resource speaks the language of younger girls, reaches their hearts, and helps them to understand a truth that will impact their future.

Thanks
F irst of all, thanks to all the Secret Keeper Girl moms who are concerned about how this world is making their girls grow up too fast and who want to join me on a mission to keep the little in their girl. This all started with six moms in a classroom at my childhood church. And now were hundreds of thousands of moms strong across the United States, Canada, and the Dominican Republic, with a smattering of moms from other nations jumping on board.
Next, Id like to thank two really instrumental dads, my husband, Bob Gresh, and my first publisher, Greg Thornton of Moody Publishers, who initially saw the need for a book on modesty. I am pretty sure it was love for their daughters that made this topic important to them. I wrote Secret Keeper for teenagers in 2002, which continues to be a bestseller. Were finally getting around to writing Secret Keeper Girl for tween girls, and these two giants among men are still leading with good ideas and encouragement.
Some practical gratitude goes to Jose Pablo and Charo Michelen de Pablo and their daughter, Sharin Pablo de Roca, for giving me their cozy home nestled in the palm trees, where I wrote this book. To be honest, I was stuck until I heard birds singing from those trees, and there the Spirit of God hushed my spirit enough to begin to hear how this book should be formed. I cant thank you enough.
