Connie asked me to get my dental cleaning as I was knew in Chicago, USA. She took me to a very renowned Dental for hygiene cleaning.

She also introduced me to her junior teacher Sheryl in her Apartment and she insulted me for moving around in her apartment and walking around myself. She told me that I dont have any mannerisms to ask the permission to see her apartment. Didnt I learn how to take permission to ask her.

Connie immediately told her off about the culture of India and USA. Her friend had become a Alcoholic after she had a divorce immediately after her three months of marriage. Later, she revealed her becoming a Alcoholic and after many years she was better and poor. Connie started helping her financially and her clothing, food and other things. Her unexpected demise due to medical negligence and conspiracy by Dr Bruce Brockstine, no longer her medical doctor after declared being a palliative care by the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota on November, 7, 2014 by Plumery Dr Katrina Koe was a very shocking news to her and her husband Pradeep Berry who called Bruce Brockstine in the Evanston Kelloge centre in Evanston, IL where he had been treating her for her second cancer of Parotid Gland cancer since April, 2005 after second surgery on March, 31, 2005. Bruce dependency on Pat Scan and not knowing how to treat the cancer. We both were suggested by her regular doctor Satyendra Humad to consult Dr Ravi Saja in the Universty of Chicago medical hospital in Chicago was overruled by Bruce Brockstine was a very serious mistake, during her physical therapy who noticed low oxygen in Mrs Berry body and X-ray revealed water in my wifes lungs.

Dr Satyander and her primary doctor suggested my wife to consult Dr. Ravi Saja a lung cancer specialist In Universty of Chicago medical College, however did not allow to consult as they were Friends embarrassing. I then decided to take my wife to the Mayo clinic on Sunday, November 2, 2014 to have appointment with Plumery Dr. Katrina Koe a specialist took many tests and Bronchoscopy and found out that she was a Palliative care and suggested to have three chemotherapy treatments in the Mayo clinic or Northshore Medical system in Evanston, IL in conjunction with the oncologist Dr Chidambaram of Mayo clinic either in Mayo clinic or Evanston hospitals in Evanston, IL close to our house in Evanston, IL USA, from November 2014, however Brockstine avoided returning our phone calls until Pradeep Berry called the chairman dr and cancer specialist Dr Janardan Kendakar MD cancer specialist who promised me that someone would call and followed up and finally Bruce Brockstine left the Messege on our voice message to consult Dr Douglas Merkel breast cancer specialist who was very unhappy angry and gave one chemotherapy on December 2014 January 14, 2015, February 7, 2015! Could not do the chemotherapy for having shingle and prescribed medication for coming back on Friday February, 20 2015!. On the morning of February 20 2015 Mrs berry fell on the floor for bathroom and later i called the ambulance and was taken to the emergency room in the morning of February 20, 2015 and I noticed the DNR code on February 21 nights and was changed to full code with the constant of Mrs Berry and she had a cardiac arrest on the evening of February 22, 2015 while we eating salad in the hospital room and no CPR was performed until Pradeep Berry shouted like a ferocious tiger and my strong actions was scary for them to perform the CPR after 9 minutes and was taken to the ICICU units of the cardiac arrest on February 22, 2015 evening. It was a very difficult time and Pradeep Berry was granted the power of the jungle ferocious tiger and lions to order the medical staff and the doctors to perform the CPR and they were forced to do after 9 minutes and Pradeep Berry was asked to leave the hospital after few days by 8. 30 PM by the director of social director Ruth, PM as they were giving me a garbage bullshit to rest in my own house and I refused to do that and she was not happy and I was absolutely strong in my decision to be with my wife 24/7.

Only on the morning of Friday February 27, 2015 at 11 pm I left to sign the documents in my absence my wifes caretaker MS Florida Harris suggest I could go for documents as my wifes tubes were to be taken out on March 2, 2015. However, I would have never imagined that in my absence coward Dr Brockstine would come over for falsified the medical records and would involve my wife elder biological brother Michael fuller and his wife Suzanne fuller whos names are attached in this book would be involved due to the partly inheritance from my wife for his four greed children and they got it after the death of my wife.

Michael knew about the involvement with Brocksine on February 27, 2015 at afternoon and he called Pradeep on the afternoon of Saturday February 28 2015 after 24 hours later about my wifes finances and asking me if I file the medical malpractice law suite his own and his own wife name should not be mentioned in the law suit.

I have had no concerns about this and I would never ever deprive my wife and have mentioned my wifes Brother name.

Pradeep Berry could not win the law suit as the requirements are to obtain a letter from some other oncologist that there was a breach of trust in the medical treatment and no matter what not a single Medical doctor would go against any medical Doctors,

Pradeep Berry was shocked and upset to find out in 2015, 2016, 2017for three years, that Medical Fetinity in USA is very strong. After the demise of my wonderful lifetime partner Mrs Constance Ann Berry a senior Professor of Spanish, German, French and English who died of Medical negligence and conspiracy. There was a very strong conspiracy by the previous Oncologist. Dr Bruce BrockstineMD and Mrs Berry elder biological Brother Michael Fuller and his wife Mrs Suzanne Fuller who were in their winter condominium in Sanibel Island, Florida. After getting back from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota on November, 7 2014 where Lady Plumery Doctor Katrina Koe MD declared Mrs Berry a Palliative Care. She suggested that Mrs Berry should consult Dr Bruce Brockstine at the Evanston Hospital in Evanston. IL for Chemotherapy, However, Dr Brockstine didnt respond until November, 25, 2014 suggesting Mrs Berry should consult Dr Douglas Merkel MD a Brest Oncologist and Mrs Berry did, perhaps. He was very very worried about his medical malpractice Law suit. Merkel wasnt happy about the change, but gave two Chemotherapies in December, 2014, January, 2015, February 7, Chemotherapy was postponed due to Mrs. Berry Shingles to February, 20, 2015 after the Medicine. However, she fell down on the floor on the morning of February 20, 2015 and was rushed to the emergency Room at the Evanston Hospitals in Evanstonauto along with her husband Pradeep Berry. It is a urinery track infection and was kept in the hospital for few days. Pradeep Berry noticed DNR Code which was later changed to full code with the consent of Mrs Constance Ann Berry. However, Mrs. Berry while having a salad with husband Pradeep Berry had a cardiac arrest and it was Pradeep Berry who shouted and screamed for the CPR and out of the fear Mrs Berry was given the CPR and that too after 9 minutes. She was on life support until March 2, 2015 when Pradeep Berry had to make a decision if to take her home or go for Tracheotomy and move to the Holy Family Hospital in Park Ridge, IL, USA. However, it did not even happen. Pradeep Berry left the hospital room on the fourth floor of the ICICU units of cardiac arrest to sign certain documents at 11, 15 AM in the morning of February, 27, 2015,leaving Mrs Constance Ann Berry with Mrs Berry personal caretaker Mrs Florida Harris.
