An Introductory Note
There is something about etiquette which makes one, on occasion, want to shy away from it. It does feel rather riskily snobbish and rather worryingly pretentious. Or at least, it is easy to worry that other people might perceive etiquette in that way. And so, sometimes, it makes a person want to jump back and declare, Who? Me? Talking about etiquette? Oh no, absolutely not. Im not that sort of person at all!
