prologue

It was late one evening when I got the call. A friend of mine needed help. She had arrived home from work to find her house in disarray again. Her dog had been barking nonstop for three days and it was wearing on him. She was worried that her dog was not sleeping or eating because he was so distressed. I could hear him in the background: bark, growl, bark. It was nonstop, like she said. I cant see who it is, but someone or something is here. Can you help me?

I closed my eyes and went up to the light to connect. My friend lives in a different state, so I remotely viewed her house. Immediately, I felt the presence of several entities. Some were of the harmless, friendly type, and others were menacing and demonic. My friend explained to me that similar episodes had been happening in spurts and that the last time it happened she started wearing an amulet around her neck for protection. Then, she told me, her necklace had gone missing a few days earlier. One day it was in her jewelry box and the next day it was gone. She lived alone and knew that she had not misplaced the necklace. She felt strongly that the necklace protected her, so she was extra careful when taking it off to shower. When she went to retrieve it one day, it had literally disappeared. That was three days prior to her calling me and the onset of the hellish three days she had been living through.

I began to clear out the energies in and around her home while sending them back to God. The dogs reaction told me that he could see them leaving, but he did not feel safe enough to lie down or stop barking yet. I continued to remove wayward and attached spirits and then filled her home with light to neutralize the energy there. My friend gasped when she felt the shift. Everything went silent. Her dog felt it, too. He laid his exhausted little body down to rest, finally. The terror was over and the battle was won. The invisible intruders were gone, and he had done a good job protecting his family from what they could not see.

There was one more thing. I felt guided to a room at the end of the hallway. I had been to my friends house only once before and knew that her bedroom was off to the left of the hallway, but I could not remember which room was to the right. I asked her to look down the hall and tell me if the door to the right was closed. Yes, she confirmed. I asked her to go down the hall and open the doorsomething was in that room. Not knowing what this something could be, she was uneasy about the suggestion. But she looked down at her dog resting peacefully and felt her own sense of relief before she trustingly walked down the hall and opened that door.

Another gasp! It took a moment for her to tell me what it was that she had found. Lying on the floor just inside the room was her necklace that had mysteriously disappeared! She explained that she never went in that room. It was a spare room and there was no way that her necklace could have ended up in there. She fumbled with the phone a minute while I stayed connected with her energy to see this through. A moment later, I saw a beautiful blue energy emanate from all around her, and I both felt and saw the Virgin Mary. I told her that the Virgin Mary had just arrived and that she was all around her. Then my friend told me that she had just put her necklace back on and that it was the Miraculous Medal of the Virgin Mary.

I wasnt always able to hone my abilities as effectively as just described. As you continue reading this book, I will share with you what has worked for me and how you, too, can confidently work with the spirit world.

There are many great books available about spirituality and dozens about ghost busting, or what we now call paranormal investigating. However, there seems to be a void in educating the ghost enthusiast about the spirit world and how to discern spirits. Attempting to communicate with a ghost can be fun and exciting until you encounter something menacing or potentially harmful.

Thankfully, there are many paranormal investigation groups that are equipped to come to your home and help you. Although some groups will be able to identify the ghost and capture compelling evidence, they may not know how to get rid of the unwanted visitor for you. Most of the training offered from within paranormal groups comes in the form of how to use devices and review evidence. There isnt much offered in the way of understanding etheric beings or how to clear a home of an angry ghost. The purpose of this book is to show you how you can communicate safely and effectively with the spirit world and how to get rid of a haunting.

I am a Theta Healing instructor and teach people how to communicate with spirits. My main focus is healing, which includes working with spirits who have not crossed over into the light. Many of my clients come to see me when they are struggling through grief over the loss of a loved one. During a healing session, their loved one often appears to me. I can tell if the spirit needs help crossing over or if they are just popping in to offer love and support. I have been able to use my abilities to clear haunted houses and have worked with several paranormal investigation groups. Over the years, many paranormal groups from around the world have contacted me to assist them with difficult cases. My abilities enable me to send away darker entities that many groups avoid working with. I have had opportunities to clear houses remotely, communicate with patients in a coma, energetically close down portals, and send demonic entities away for good. My abilities to work with the spirit world have enhanced my work as a paranormal investigator, medium, and healer.
