CHAPTER ONE

It is a warm, spring day here in Oregon. Thesong of a robin keeps me company reminding me once again how natureso freely celebrates each moment. A bee passes my window and stopslong enough just to say hello. A deer drinks from a nearby stream,unconcerned by the activities of our neighbors. Overhead, a hawkslowly circles the sky, perceiving life with an overview that scansthe vast landscape below. On this day, I am preparing myself toonce again share a relationship I have developed with Spirit,including the presence of Archangel Michael with another group ofpeople. I imagine sitting next to a tree, feeling its roots enterthe warm, wet soil of the earth. I envision these roots descendingall the way into the center of this planet. My body begins to feela warm, soothing energy rising up through my feet as I maintainthis imagined connection with the earth. Her presence serves tohelp me relax as I begin to now feel the presence of another energycoming into the top of my head. It is very intense, blazing with apassion that literally takes my breath away. These energies fromabove and below me merge at my heart and I experience a profound,ecstatic wave of bliss resonating in every cell of my body.

The energy in this moment is simplydelicious. These ecstatic waves of love ignite my senses, remindingme of a reality that my heart has yearned to feel all my life. Evenmy mind is amazingly quiet. It is speechless. The presence of thisenergy seems to act as an elixir to all my doubts and concerns. Allof my physical discomforts seem to just dissolve by simply relaxinginto this energy.

In this moment I experience myself as beingtruly fulfilled. Could this be our natural state of consciousness?I believe that it is and have shifted my allegiance to make choicesthat will accommodate this energetic connection. To feel loved byall of life with an undying devotion to first love ourselves.

I continue to relish this love wash of energyand become conscious of a stream of thoughts that are verydifferent from my usual internal dialog. They share a wisdom filledwith compassion for our human dilemma. My heart begins to stir,seeking to express itself, unfiltered by the parameters of my past.My mind begins to translate the thoughts into words as my heart andbody now begin to blaze from the fire expressed within thisenergy.

Another deep breath, I slowly open my eyesand greet the group of people who have come to hear, feel, andlearn how they too can bring this experience into their own life.Connected to this energy, the colors in my physical surroundingsare intensely vibrant, fluid, and responsive. Objects around meseem to respond to my touch like a string on a guitar. My mindbegins to translate this stream of consciousness into words, amessage, or a story that is laced in love.

Good evening! This lifetime for each of youoffers a most profound opportunity to reunite the divided aspectsof your own consciousness. This unification of yourself reawakensyour natural state of beinglove. It is our joy to serve this loveby reminding you how you may receive this gift in your day-to-dayreality. As you begin to reunite these aspects, your identityslowly accepts the support of a vast, nonphysical soul family.

Each and every moment that you choose lovefor yourself, you strengthen the foundation for a reality on earththat honors all of life. We stand before each of you deeplyrespecting your devotion to this love that embracesself-fulfillment and joy. We serve you by igniting the passionwithin your heart to burn away the inertia that denies you the veryelixir to heal your polarized reality. It begins with you, dearsoul. Will you allow the very perfection of who you are at thismoment to be loved?
