INTRODUCTION

Life on Earth is beginning to change in adramatic way. Old structures and beliefs that have served humanityfor a very long time no longer support an emerging consciousness.Many are beginning to experience a spiritual awakening, and it canfeel overwhelming at times. Humanity is being offered a newrelationship with Spirit, one that honors the sovereign andindependent nature of your soul. This relationship represents a newtype of freedom that isnt based on compromise, sacrifice, orstruggle. This new freedom isnt something you must pursue; itdoesnt require you to first demonstrate that you deserve toreceive such a gift. Rather, it represents your birthright, and itresides at the very core of your soul. It is often referred to asyour divine or sacred nature. In this book, we will call it yourGod Self.

Awakening to your God Self is all aboutreclaiming a sovereign relationship with life. In thatrelationship, you will be invited to explore the true nature offreedom from the inside out. All religions are based onindividuals who had the courage and insight to embrace their owndivine nature as their true self. They awakened to the realizationthat who we are as a human being is very compatible withSpirit.

So what keeps humanity from making thisrelationship real? Humanity lacks the trust and a willingness toaccept its conditioned human nature as it is. Humanity has tradedits freedom, the gift of life, for a false sense of security byrelying on a variety of institutions, groups, and organizations todefine what life expects from us. The true nature of freedom orSpirit cant be contained, controlled, or manipulated. Spiritrepresents itself through an ever-changing, growing, expandinguniverse. There is a new voice for Spirit that is inviting all ofhumanity to take ownership of their lives. This book honors thatinvitation and the awakening process that is a natural part ofreclaiming your freedom. It is my hope that you begin to recognizethe true value of your own life. You can use your currentexperience as a place to initiate a profound change in your life.This simple handbook is designed to gently guide you back to theheart of your own soul and to ensure a more fulfilling future.

Chapter One
AWAKENING TO SPIRIT

Living inside every human being is a verysimple truth: Spirit is deeply in love with you. Spirit has neverwithheld its love from any aspect of life. This presence is verysincere about the nature of love. It is and has always beenunconditional. Spirit demands nothing from life; it has noexpectations or agendas. It never worries, doubts, or has anyconcerns about how we choose to represent our own uniqueconsciousness. Spirit offers such a pure and simple relationshipthat we often refuse to believe its real.

Embracing the true nature of Spirit is avery rare experience for any human being. Throughout time, therehave been individuals who had the courage to give voice to thispresence, which inspired the creation of all of our organizedreligions. I often imagine how different our history would havebeen if any of these individuals had access during their lifetimesto the Internet. Such a tool would have given them the freedom toshare a direct, firsthand account of their own experience.

During our current lifetimes, thousands ofpeople worldwide are beginning to experience a new, sovereignrelationship with Spirit. I felt inspired to share my own processin the form of a simple handbook. Within these pages, youlldiscover practical support and guidance on how to integrate thepresence of Spirit into your own day-to-day reality.
