Introduction
Most people have learned to associate mens orgasms with ejaculation, which is completely wrong. They are two completely separate and independent things.
That women can have orgasms (multiple and otherwise) without any emissions, whatsoever, is taken for granted. Men, unfortunately, are condemned to only one... or so many believe.

In India, China, and many other non-Western cultures, the practice of non-ejaculatory orgasms in men is a long established and well-documented fact. Medical and spiritual texts, some dating back thousands of years, have proven that men can indeed have orgasms without ejaculating.

Chapter 1: The Health Benefits of Orgasm
If youve grown up in a typical Judeo-Christian-Islamic household, theres a good chance youve been taught that masturbation is bad for you. According to these religions, playing with yourself damns you to hell.
Thanks to medical theories influenced by the overly-prudish (but extremely hypocritical) Victorians, some in the medical profession actually jumped onto this religious band wagon. Up until the early 1960s, doctors mistakenly linked masturbation with acne, blindness, madness, hairy palms, and all sorts of ridiculous nonsense that modern medical science has long since debunked. And thank goodness, too.
It turns out that masturbation and/or sex is actually good for you (assuming you manage to get over the guilt conditioning, that is). Some proven health benefits include:
1) Stronger Pelvic Floor Muscles
If you dont know what those are, theyre the set of muscles that lie at the base of your penis. They span the entire area beneath your pelvis under your bladder and bowels. Those who have problems with urine leakage, poor bowel control, premature ejaculation, and erectile dysfunction have weak pelvic floor muscles.
Just as you lose muscle tone with age or with lack of exercise, not doing enough exercises down there can make you lose pelvic floor muscle tone. This means that you can lose that perky, upright angle of yours. According to medical researchers, playing with yourself (or another) three to five times a week is a guaranteed way to maintain rock-solid muscles.
2) Mitigates Premature Ejaculation
Riding on the coat heels of item number 1 above, its been found that regular masturbation can help reduce premature ejaculation. It should be noted, however, that this unfortunate phenomenon is not always due to physiological factors. Sometimes, there are psychological reasons behind it. Whatever the reasons, playing with yourself some two hours before sex with someone can help make you last longer.
3) Better Sperm Motility
Of course, this isnt all just about you; there are future generations to consider, as well. Sperm motility refers to how well (or not) your little white pets can travel through water or through a womans reproductive tract to reach her precious egg.
By masturbating a few hours before sex, its been found that you get rid of residual sperm cells left in the semineferous tubules (where sperm germinates in the testes). This ensures that newer and better sperm cells are generated, improving the chances of conception.
4) Mitigates Prostate Cancer
Since 2003, more researchers are confirming this curious finding. The current medical thinking is that disease-causing toxins eventually build up in the urogenital tract which can lead to prostate cancer. Regularly flushing them out with sperm prevents that from happening. Depending on which study you read, a good dose of self-medication involves three to five sessions a week.
5) Improves Nasal Congestion
Other studies have found that during either masturbation or sex, blood vessels in a mans nose begin to contract, making it a good way to combat cold, hay fever, and allergic rhinitis, among others. Since infecting someone with these things is neither a good idea nor good karma, it might be best to cure yourself solo.
6) Boosts Immunity
During orgasm, your bodys production of a hormone called cortisol spikes. In large doses, it increases stress and wrecks havoc with your system. During orgasm, however, the amount released is just enough to strengthen, regulate, and maintain your immune system without the downsides.
