Introduction
Premature ejaculation is a common problem for men in every social class and age. The reasons for it are manyfold and men concerned with the inability to last long are often struggling with more than one problem at a time. A healthy and happy sex life is a pillar for a fulfilled life and therefore every effort should be made to realize it. Always ejaculating too early causes serious mental and psychological problems. Every man suffering from premature ejaculation must become aware of how important sexual stamina is for a healthy relationship. At a tantra workshop I learned that it is very frustrating for women if penetration lasts less than 7 minutes. Although not all women have the same needs, it is a crucial factor to the psychological well being of a love relationship that the man is able to satisfy his woman. I even dare to say that if sex is good, there's a good chance everything else can work out too. So what can a man do to become Mr Super Sex?
This book is a practical guide. I deliberately leave out long and exhausting, theoretical and philosophical explanations. Everything written here is derived from my own personal experience and is intended to help all suffering men to overcome premature ejaculation.
First
Accept the problem and make a conscious decision to take action and change things! You probably heard that a thousand times and its true: No pain, no gain! But don't worry, nothing in this book will cause you any damage. On the contrary all the exercises and information provide here, will help you attain a healthy confidence and the sex life youve always wanted and deserved!
NOTE: A healthy and fulfilled sex life is the basic right of every human being!
To claim that right, you should take a good look at the following aspects of your life: Sleep, nutrition, physical exercise and psychological health. If just one of these aspects is out of balance with the rest, it naturally causes stress!
NOTE: Stress is by far the most persistent and most common cause of premature ejaculation.
The good news is that life rewards you if you do things the right way.
Sleep
Go to bed with the sun...
Are you tired? If your answer is yes, please don't be surprised if your precious doesn`t work the way you want it to. It may seem needless to say to grown up men that regular sleeping patterns are very important to their health, yet not many adults manage to go to sleep at the right time. How many nights are you sitting in front of the TV/PC/Smartphone while your body is signaling that it's time to rest. If we didnt have electricity we wouldn't have that problem. Sleep before midnight is the best. That is mainly for one reason: During the day the sun charges the atmosphere with various forms of energy. This energy is available for some time but it significantly drops after midnight. This energy is important for regeneration and is best absorbed during deep sleep, which occurs one hour after we fall asleep and lasts up to two hours. In one night we usually have two deep sleep cycles and if you want to last long in bed you better get those two on a regular basis!
Nutrition
The perfect diet for everyone doesnt exist. Every single body is individual and everyone has to find out for themselves what serves them best. Someone working in an office will want to follow a different diet as opposed to someone working on a construction site. But there are some basic rules that you should pay attention to:
Lots of fresh vegetables in all forms and colors! Nature makes things easy for us: Colorful is healthy and it's fun too. There are tons of reasons why fresh vegetables help you to become a better lover. One main reason is:
The chlorophyl in, for example, green salad and spinach, helps to keep the blood vessels dilated. Better blood flow means more oxygen intake which increases your ability to perform. Fresh vegetables also help reduce stress in the body and keeps us happy and healthy in the long term. Health and happiness are two very important factors regarding healthy sexuality.
NOTE: healthy food = better blood flow = harder erection and ability to keep it up longer
I have tried different diets myself. Right now I follow the yogic lacto-vegetarian diet:
Dairy products as the only animal food, certain spices like curcuma and black pepper BUT no chilli, no garlic and no onions. The benefits are mainly that this type of diet is very easy for the body which keeps us healthy and gives us loads of energy.
Carefully combining your food makes sense especially if you don 't want to quit meat. To find the best diet for you is fun and makes perfect sense. After a few days you will already have more energy and after two to three weeks you will look much more attractive. Make fresh food your best friend and your daily duty. Out of self love and out of love towards your partner, it's simple maths: Right food leads to well being, better looks, better sex and many more benefits. Wrong food simply not. Therefore: Get your hands on the vegetables!
Physical exercise
Why do construction workers hardly ever suffer from premature ejaculation and women tend to melt when the "right type of guy" appears at the party? Call it sexual intelligence or simply instinct. Fact is that daily exercise helps to prevent premature ejaculation and keeps you in good shape as well as making you more attractive in contrast to sitting in front of a computer for 40 hours a week. But you don't have to get a job on a construction site to have all that. On my path to becoming the best lover I possibly can be, I have gathered a bunch of specific exercises which have each brought remarkable effects. In combination, they can cure every man from premature ejaculation. The only prerequisite: Your willingness to change things and discipline!
I gathered these exercises from sports, the yoga system kundalini parampara and at a tantric workshop I attended. Enough said, here come the exercises:
PC Muscle
The PC muscle has nothing to do with your computer skills. It's the muscle you can use to hold back your pee. When your PC muscle is strong enough, premature ejaculation will be a thing of your past. In fact, not only your erection is going to be a lot harder and will last longer, also your self confidence will increase.
Basic exercise squeeze and relax
This exercise can be done anywhere and anytime. It doesn't matter if you are lying, sitting, standing or even walking, you can squeeze your PC muscle in different ways. Short intervals, longer timespans, the important thing is to keep working your PC muscle. This exercise can be done in public also without drawing attention to yourself. The goal is to be able to practice this for up to 10 minutes. Like with every sane form of workout take small steps and integrate this exercise more and more into your daily life. Start with 60 seconds or 60 repetitions and work your way up gradually. Increase by 15 to 30 seconds daily and make sure you listen to your body signals. Take it seriously if your PC muscle feels tired and give it a break for one or two days. You have to think long-term! Your goal is to practice these exercises your whole life, so there is no need to hurry (stress!) but also no excuse to become lazy (hang loose!). These contractions not only strengthen the PC muscle but with every contraction you are sending an impulse from the base of your spine up to the brain. In tantra this exercise has been known ever since and is considered as tremendously valuable. With a little discipline you can experience the quite astonishing effect of this exercise yourself.
Pee like a yogi
Everytime your bladder wants to relieve itself, it's time for you to pee like a yogi. Stand with your feet together and lift you're heels until your standing on your toes. Your heels should touch each other - practice makes perfect. In this position you will try to pee with the start & stop technique. That means that you stop the pee as often as possible with the help of your PC muscle until your bladder is empty. They say in yoga that if you practice this technique for over 6 months that you will have mastered your sexuality. I admit that this exercise seems to be hard in the beginning but a man can learn it much faster than most people might think. Don't let yourself be daunted by initial difficulties. If you follow this practice you will, after some time, recognize that in the beginning you will use your PC muscle to stop the pee but then, after some contractions, you will start using it to push the pee out. This is an infallible sign that you are attaining control over your PC muscle. This exercise does not only train your PC muscle, it also improves a very important muscle chain from the feet up to the back and belly muscles. This muscle chain is of significant importance when it comes to your posture and of course sex.
