Introduction
PE THE SILENT FEAR FACTOR FOR MEN
In May of 2005, the American Urological Society gathered in San Antonio, Texas to discuss common issues and new treatments. They define premature ejaculation as occurring within a time frame which causes distress to one or both partners. The average penetration time of those suffering from premature ejaculation is only 1.8 minutes before climaxing, compared to 7.3 minutes for those considered normal. Astonishingly, the AUS estimate that 27% to 34% of all men experience premature ejaculation. This is almost three times higher than men with erectile dysfunction, which is 10% to 12%. Premature ejaculation is by far the most prevalent sexual dysfunction and yet there seems to be a lack of viable remedies.
Although widespread, many men are embarrassed to discuss PE because they feel it is simply beyond their control. Premature ejaculation is often the unspoken cause of many divorces and break-ups, resulting in emotional scarring, which can affect a mans general peace of mind.
PE is far more prevalent in countries where ritual circumcision is the norm in males. Some researchers speculate that the inordinate incidence of premature ejaculation in our society may be partially caused by circumcision, which cuts off the foreskin of the penis.
The delicate nerve endings contained within the foreskin play an important role transmitting sensations to the central nervous system and autonomic nervous system, which directly affect erection and ejaculation. Therefore, removal of the foreskin may disrupt the natural dynamics of the ejaculatory mechanism.
The most common commercial treatments involve visiting a physician who may prescribe an antidepressant, which can often have serious on going side effects including altering of ones mental disposition - not to mention a significant expense.
The rationale behind using Zoloft and other widely used antidepressants is that one of their common side effects is a diminution of sexual desire. Even generously assuming marginal results, its a heavy price to pay with some long term downsides like substance addiction. The FDA has recently issued several warnings concerning other erectile dysfunction drugs like Viagra, Cialis and Livitra.
Other current remedies center around anxiety behavioral treatments and the squeeze technique which are highly doubtful when put to practical use. Penis exercise techniques are covered in this book as useful but secondary solutions. Certain desensitizing gels like Maintain, manufactured by Durex, can also be very helpful if used in conjunction with our techniques. Many other current remedies may be beneficial to some degree, but at best can only increase penetration somewhere between two and seven minutes. However, when used in combination with accu-meridan stimulation and other holistic techniques set forth in this book, they may help increase penetration time far beyond what is considered normal. Secrets of a Marathon Lover will result in lovemaking sessions sometimes lasting for hours.
It should be noted that in some cases premature ejaculation is an indication of a prostate infection, which can be easily cured with the appropriate antibiotic. Premature ejaculation may also be an early sign of epilepsy for a very small number of men.
How Women Define Premature Ejaculation
Virtually every major survey on sexuality confirms that there are a lot of sexually frustrated women out there. The Hite Report alone, reveals that approximately 70% of sexually active females have problems achieving orgasm. Women take longer to achieve that heated passionate state where orgasm can occur. What most men consider norm, what we call the drive time is usually not sufficient to catalyze the female orgasm. Also, once the male ejaculation has occurred it is usually game over. Even if you do achieve a second erection, it usually doesnt have the same intensity, emotionally, physically, or spiritually, as the first one.
Men are oblivious to the fact that women define premature ejaculation in men as any ejaculation that occurs before they have enjoyed a full orgasm themselves. Sadly, men think of premature ejaculation as an unwanted precipitous discharge that happens in the beginning of a sexual encounter. Men feel extreme frustration since they mistakenly think they have very little control over ejaculation and therefore its not talked about by either partner because it is too embarrassing. The situation becomes further exasperated right after the man ejaculates because he usually feels so totally drained and therefore is not sensitive to his partners unanswered needs.
This book teaches many never before revealed secrets that can turn you into a permanent loaded weapon. We integrate ancient Tantra techniques with some amazing new discoveries aimed at controlling ejaculation and extending the orgasmic experience for sometimes up to an hour. If this sounds contradictory, it is because you will learn how to separate ejaculation from the sensation of orgasm. Once you master these techniques, it will enhance every part of your life. And women, this is not just for men because once you have learned it for yourself you will always be assured a lover who completes you.

Lesson 1 Warming Up
The best way to keep your body tuned up and all the juices flowing is through regular intercourse. However, we all have our inevitable dry spells. In this case, masturbation may be an option. This stimulates the blood with oxygen and hormone production. But only do it briefly, not to the point of ejaculation. Youll want to save yourself for the real thing, and always use a lubricant.
Tantra teaches that extended masturbation can be a big energy drain and actually inhibit your sex drive. However, regular moderate stimulation and exercise through masturbation helps keep the penis from becoming ultra-sensitive through nonuse, which is a primary cause of premature ejaculation. Remember, you dont want to become too dependent on masturbation. Cable television is enough of a deterrent for getting out there in the real world and experiencing a live sex partner.
An excellent way to train your body to control ejaculation is by exercising the pubococcygeal muscles, also known as the sex muscles. These muscles also control the urinary function and hold back bowel movement. The exercise is performed by contracting and releasing the muscles, along with the entire lower abdomen while holding the breath about twenty-five times. This can be done standing, driving, watching television or using the bathroom Try holding back urinating, this is called the Kegel exercise. It will not only help you keep stiffer erections, but will tighten up your abs, expunge toxic matter from your colon and stimulate your prostate.
