DR. MORRIS KLINE is a prominent teacher, research mathematician, and writer. He has taught mathematics at the undergraduate and graduate levels since 1930 and has been a guest lecturer at a number of universities in the United States and Europe. He is currently Professor of Mathematics at New York University. His research career was effectively launched during two years as a research assistant at the Institute for Advanced Study of Princeton.
A good deal of Dr. Klines time is still devoted to the direction of the Division of Electromagnetic Research of New York University. During the year 195859 he was a John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Fellow and a Fulbright lecturer at the Technical University in Aachen, Germany.
Dr. Kline is married and has three children; the Klines live in Brooklyn, New York.
