About the Author
Dr. Joel Vos PhD MSc MA CPsychol FHEA. Joel is a psychologist, philosopher, researcher, public speaker and existential therapist. He is Senior Researcher at the Metanoia Institute and Research Coordinator at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling in London. He is a frequently asked speaker at professional conferences and public events. He chairs the IMEC International Meaning Community, such as weekly IMEC Support Groups MentalHealth4All, regular IMEC workshops and training, monthly IMEC Art & Music events, and annual IMEC International Meaning Conferences, During the pandemic, the IMEC support groups and conference specifically focused on coping with COVID-19. Joel has published over 100 academic articles and chapters, and has conducted and supervised many research projects. His recent research includes systematic reviews and surveys on the perception and psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
