TABLE OF CONTENTS

Introduction

S

ince50 Shades of Grey, more and more minds have opened themselves up into theBDSM world and I would assume that if you have bought this book, youre here tolearn a bit more.

Atsome parts, do note that this book would definitely overlap with examples fromthe other aspects of BDSM, such as Bondage, Discipline and Sado-masochism. Theprimary content would still however, focus on Dominant-submissive relationshipsand more specifically - on how you can be a better, naughtier submissive foryour Dominant partner.

Thisbook will primarily consist of three main components:

1) Basicknowledge about what it means to be a submissive, how a submissive mindset isformed, why you should become a submissive as well as guidelines to keepyourself safe if and when you decide to take on this somewhat taboo activity.

2) You willalso learn what to say or do to become a better submissive in order to pleaseyour dominant partner more through conditioning, rules and protocols as well astips to increase pain tolerance if your Dom is a sadist.

3) Finally, the book will provide 30 sexual scenarios for you and your dominant partner toexplore and apply for the best Dominant/submissive - D/s experience.

Letsget started shall we?

Whatis submission?

A

ccordingto Merriam-Webster, submission is defined as the action or fact ofaccepting or yielding to a superior force; or to the will or authority ofanother person.

Assuch, a submissive would be one who desires or occupies a situation orrole of deliberate, consensual subjection, granting another person the power toexert control over him or her.

Incontrast, the other person would be Dominant.

Dominanceand submission, or D/s, typically involves a series of actions, practices androutines the submissive follows to please the Dominant. A D/s connections arenot always sexual in nature, as you will come to learn in the followingsections. A D/s relationship could also be physical or nonphysical.

Certainrelationships between Dominants and submissives cross into the severe physicalrealm of sadomasochism (commonly referred to as S&M, S-M or S/M), whichinvolves the giving and receiving of pleasure from acts involving the receiptor infliction of pain or humiliation.

Innonphysical D/s relationships, interactions can take place anonymously in avirtual setting like a phone call, text or email. But regardless of whether itis sexual or non-sexual, physical or nonphysical, both parties in D/s areusually gratified and/or aroused by either mastering over others or beingmastered over, and they do so consensually.

Submissioncan apply to several aspects of life and can be classified into three mainlevels. However, be aware thatwithin these three main branches, there are a total of nine categories andlevels of submission, which have been detailed within and referenced by severalbooks that discuss D/s relationships.

Type1: The Sexual Submissive

Asexual submissive is one who goes into a D/s relationship for their own sexualgratification. In other words, it is purely for sex and once these needs aremet - these submissives do not feel any need to submit any other personalcontrol to their partner.

Type2: The Psychological Submissive

Onanother level, the psychological submissive typically includes masochists whoare in a D/s relationship because they desire pain and/or humiliation. Similarto masochists, the psychological submissive derives sexual gratification fromtheir own pain or humiliation.

Type3: The Natural Submissive

Alsoknown as the true submissive, these are people who are said to be born withsubmissive tendencies and have the natural inclination to please other peopleThis circumstance surpasses sexual gratification, which means naturalsubmissives will eagerly relinquish control to their Dominant without anyconditions (or very minimal ones).

Youwill, of course, be the one to decide what kind of submissive you want to be.Theres no such thing as the best type of submissive - you could even try outbeing all three types - though being a natural submissive may be somethingyoure born with rather than something you nurture over time.

However, that doesnt mean it is impossible. With this book, youll explore in greaterdetail the psychology of becoming a submissive.

Take alook at this excerpt, about how a submissive thinks his/her role should be atthe end of the day:

Submissionis giving control of myself to another. That's the technical definition anyway. But it is so much more than that. It is emotional and psychological way beforeit is physical. Submission isn't a want for me, it's a need, and it isntsomething I do just for kicks or sexual thrills. It is what I have to do. It isan integral part of who I am. Submission means to me that I strive to please myMaster above myself, even if I'm not really in the mood.

Itisn't just submitting to the pleasurable things but submitting/accepting thenot-so-pleasurable things as well, that do or will please Him. It isn't allsex, though that is included. It is service as well. For me, it is more theservice than the play. Things like making the bed, cleaning the house, gettinghis coffee, and other household chores making our home a welcoming place forHim to come home to. It's wearing the clothes He likes seeing on me. It'sstriving to be the best I can be for Him.

Submissionwhich flows naturally from to me my Master is what brings me the greatestpersonal joy but can also bring emotional pain as well. It is knowing, evenduring times of confusion, deep inside that I belong to my Master no matterwhat.

The PsychologyOf Being Submissive

So whyexactly does one submit or want to submit?
