PRAISE FOR THIS BOOK
I found myself sitting up straight with several bolts of insight reading A Womans Guide. The combination of practical, real life examples you can easily comprehend along with fun exercises to stretch you into unfamiliar growth was powerful. Ann demonstrated a balanced masculine/feminine integration in how she tells this story, so its a concrete example of what that looks and feels like. This guide is one that truly lives up to its name. As a much-read, occasionally jaded reader she electrified me with what was on offer. I highly recommend this as a big step forward from the usual self-help manual. Its a living breathing expression of what is being taught and beyond the usual womens guidance.

If youre like most women, you obsess over love you get high when its happening and over-analyze when things go South. This is not just a relationship book. A Womans Guide to Conscious Love brings clarity to the things that trip us up in our relationships from unhealthy family patterns to past lives, previous lovers to cultural programming.
Through keen wisdom, storytelling and humor, Ann OBrien explains how energy gets stuck or misplaced; but more importantly, she gives you tools to clear it up for yourself, truly connect with your heart, and prepare to love and be loved in ways you only dreamed possible.

A Womans Guide to Conscious Love adds a whole new dimension to therapy by addressing the energy we cant see. Its practical, non-judgmental and it makes complete sense of things most of us feel but cant pinpoint. Even better, it includes incredible resources and guided meditations to set yourself up for success. Im impressed.

INTRODUCTION
In recent news, women have been stepping up and accusing powerful men of sexual harassment. With the #MeToo movement on social media, all kinds of women are speaking up about this.
In my work as an intuitive healer and coach, the #1 topic Im asked about is relationships. I am hearing two things really strongly:
1. Women want men, and they want their men to give them the best the masculine has to give. They want their men to ravish them, to inspire them, to be trustworthy, and to protect and provide.
