Appendixes and Glossary
I would like to thank John Margaglione and Gary Parker for their hard work technical editing this book. They not only did a great job editing but offered suggestions along the way as well. Good technical editors can either make or break a book. Gary and John put in a lot of effort to make this book what it turned out to be. I would also like to thank web developer and designer Brandi Boyd for her work on .
Thanks also to Stephanie Evans, Wendy Rinaldi, and all of the staff at Oracle Press/McGraw-Hill Professional for their hard work and professionalism. This is my second book as an author with Oracle Press/McGraw-Hill Professional and both experiences were great. This publishing company is excellent to work with.
Id like to thank my wife Felicia and the dogs for putting up with all the time I spent working on the book, and I also want to acknowledge the support and encouragement from my family. Finally Id like to thank some of the people that have encouraged me professionally including Jeff Bertman, Michael New, Marci Garcia, and Steve DeLuca.
