About the Authors

Reza Shafii is a Senior Principal Product Manager within the Oracle Fusion Middleware group. He is a member of the Oracle Coherence product management team and was previously responsible for ensuring that all Oracle Fusion Middleware products are architecturally aligned, optimized for life-cycle management, and tightly integrated.

Prior to his work at Oracle, Reza was a consultant within the BEA Systems Canadian Consulting practice, where he was recognized as the consultant of the year in 2006. As a consultant, Reza worked closely with a number of customers across North America to assist them in their design, delivery, and maintenance of enterprise applications.

Reza has a BS in computer science from the University of British Columbia, where he graduated with honors. He also has an MBA from the University of Ottawa. Reza is a published author of several technical articles.

Stephen Lee spent 12 years at Oracle in various roles within the Oracle Identity Management team. He was a Principal Product Manager for Oracle Identity Analytics and owned the Fusion Middleware Audit Framework component of Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g. As a technical lead, he led the design and development of the middleware application security framework for Oracle Application Server 9i and 10g, holding multiple patents for his work. Prior to that, he was one of the original members of the Oracle Internet Directory team from 1998 to 2001.

Stephen is currently a Senior Product Manager at Okta, Inc., focusing on cloud identity management. He has a B.Math (Double Honors with Distinction) in Computer Science and Combinatorics and Optimization from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

Gangadhar Konduri is a Senior Director of product management at Oracle and currently leads a product management team responsible for Oracle ADF, JDeveloper, MDS, and Oracle Fusion Middleware extensions for Fusion Applications. He was previously responsible for the architecture, design, and development of Oracle Metadata Services as well as the strategy and design for the integration of Oracle WebCenter Enterprise 2.0 technologies with Oracle Fusion Applications. Gangadhar has been with Oracle since 1999, holding various development, engineering management, and product management positions.

Gangadhar holds a bachelors degree in Computer Sciences from I.I.T., Kharagpur (India) where he graduated summa cum laude. He holds a masters degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from M.I.T. Gangadhar, has authored several technical articles, and presented at various conferences. Gangadhar has four patents pending in the areas of metadata and customization.

Jason Aiken is an Engineering Manager at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Online. Jason has over 18 years of software engineering experience. His professional journey has included stints at Corel Corporation, Nortel, Motorola, Sprint, and most recently Disney. He is currently responsible for managing the software development and sustainment of e-commerce websites (utilizing Oracle RAC) for the Walt Disney Company, generating annual revenues in excess of a billion dollars.
