About the Authors
Ben Prusinski is an Oracle ACE Director and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in the Oracle E-Business Suite. As an Oracle Subject Matter Expert (SME) working for VCE, the virtual-computing-environment company, Ben provides enterprise solutions to customers for virtualized ERP and database environments. With more than 15 years of real-world experience with ERP and database systems, Ben specializes in Oracle EBS and SAP solutions for a broad spectrum of vertical customers in various business sectors. He has performed migrations, implementations, and upgrades to Oracle R12 for dozens of large public-sector and Fortune 500 clients. In his free time, Ben enjoys scuba diving and travel to exotic locations around the world.
Gustavo Gonzalez is an Oracle ACE and chief technology officer at IT Convergence, leading decision making regarding technology strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships. He specializes in E-Business Suite, Oracle Business Intelligence, and Fusion Applications, with more than a decade implementing and upgrading Oracle E-Business Suite for worldwide organizations; he has led early-adopter programs for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 and Oracle Fusion Applications. Based in Argentina, Gustavo enjoys travelling for business and leisure with his family around the world.

Molly McLouth, MBA Sr. Software Engineer, Fusion App Framework Development, Oracle USA. Molly holds a masters of business administration. Since joining Oracle Corporation in 1999, she has served in different roles helping customers implement Oracle technology. She worked on the Flexfields Development team for Oracle E-Business Suite and currently works on Fusion Applications Technology Development. With 15 years experience working with accounting and financials software packages, Molly leverages a unique blend of technical knowledge and business acumen, delivering best-fit creative entrepreneurial solutions.
