Acknowledgments

I would like to thank the entire crew of my French publisher, ditions Leduc, with whom I first published this book, and particularly my editor, Liza, who believed in my book and the importance of its contents. Thank you for putting everything together to make this book what it is. Thanks to all the men and all the women who sharedfrom near or farin the challenges and joys of the editing and production, without whom this book would not exist. You are all the best!

Thanks to Mantak Chia, who brought the jade egg to the West so many years ago and has written such important books about men, women, and Tao and who created the Tao Garden Health Spa and Resort in Thailand. I first discovered the jade eggs there, and I love recharging my batteries in this place that offers so many innovative yet ancient massages and techniques. Each time I go there it opens to me new possibilities for expansion and relaxation. I would also like to thank him for his interviews and for having passed on his wisdom and knowledge to so many wonderful instructors of Tao across the world. He is a guide for many. I would like to particularly thank Sarina, Jos, Aisha, Jutta, Shashi, Solla, and Minke for having generously shared their knowledge in all the interviews they granted me.

Thanks also to all the yoni egg users who agreed to respond to my questions and allowed me to share their testimonies in the pages of this book. Your contribution is immense, both for the creation of this book and for the thousands of women who will read it. Sharing our secrets and fears, woman to woman, in such an authentic way is priceless.

My infinite thanks to you, my dear co-creators. You know who you are. You have watched my interviews online, shared them, opened yourself to new possibilities, and inspired countless people around you by creating lasting results. Bravo! You are my rock.

The intention behind this book is so large and so beautiful that I could not do it on my own. Many people have participated in its creation from beginning to end. I would, however, like to thank all those who were not a part of this project for very long but still contributed, despite everything, to its beauty and success.

I would especially like to thank Marie-Pierre, Sverine, Corinne, Franois, Dimitri, Muriel, Laura, Fabrice, Arnaud, Caroline, Stphane, Mariette, Lara, Elizabeth, Phi-Ha Phan, and the Inner Traditions team that made this book available in the United States, a country dear to my heart where I first started interviewing.

I want to thank my fianc and partner, Mickal, who gave me his unconditional support every day to live my lifes mission fullywithout you, my life would not be the same. Thank you for helping me discover what is love and what is not. Thank you for your openness, joy, enthusiasm, sense of organization, energy, and heart. I love you. You are my angel, my guardian, and my knight.

And finally, I want to thank all women reading this book, passing it along, sharing the secrets of the yoni egg with others. What I have seen happening in France with this practice is nothing but a miracle. We can trust our body. No media or authority can tell us what is best for us as we are claiming our wisdom in this new era. Well done, sisters!

A Note about the Yoni Egg Practices

The information presented in this book is based on the authors personal experience, knowledge, and research on women and the effects of the yoni egg. The yoni egg, or jade egg, has been used for a variety of purposes for thousands of years, dating back to the empresses and concubines of ancient China. The practices described in this book are not a substitute for professional medical treatment or an invitation to throw caution to the wind. If you are suffering from a mental, emotional, or physical disorder, you are advised to consult with your health practitioner or therapist before beginning practices using the yoni egg. This book does not claim to provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions for illnesses, pains, disorders, or any other physical conditions. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of this practice or the poor use of the information provided by this book. If you perform certain exercises without following the instructions, commentary, and warnings, you will be solely responsible for your practice.

Foreword

By Mantak Chia

The emperors of ancient China maintained harems filled with women responsible for attending to their pleasures. One of the essential skills for these women involved the practice and mastery of the jade egg.

The woman was expected to insert the jade egg into her vagina and practice with it. When the time came, she was given a test. A gold wire was attached to the egg. The other end of the wire was then attached to a heavy throne. The woman would use her vaginal muscles to pull on the gold wire until it broke, thereby demonstrating the strength of her vagina.

At this stage of mastery, the concubine was strong enough to squeeze the emperors penis at will when it was inside her vagina. She did this not only to procure greater pleasure for the ruler but also to prevent the emperor from passing beyond his point of no return. With no emission of sperm, pregnancy was avoided.

I learned this from my Taoist teacher. He also gave me detailed instructions on how to use this ancient imperial practice for the health and pleasure of both women and men. Now, having observed the positive reactions of my students over the years, I am happy to learn that Lilou is passing these valuable teachings on to a much larger audience. Those lucky women who dare to experiment and achieve the wonders offered by the yoni egg practice will appreciate the gift of this vital information, with its emphasis on good health and good chi.

MANTAK CHIA, a student of several Taoist masters, founded the Healing Tao System in North America in 1979 and developed it worldwide as European Tao Yoga and Universal Healing Tao. He has taught and certified tens of thousands of students and instructors from all over the world and tours the United States annually, giving workshops and lectures. He is the director of the Tao Garden Health Spa and the Universal Healing Tao training center in northern Thailand and is the author of more than fifty books, including Taoist Foreplay, Inner Smile, Cosmic Fusion, Sexual Reflexology, and the bestselling The Multi-Orgasmic Man.

PREFACE

In Complete Privacy

I first heard about yoni eggs in Chiang Mai, Thailand, several years ago. I was there to interview Mantak Chia about longevity and Taoist pratices, when I discovered that practice. I was immediately intrigued by this small, oval, polished stone and wanted to know more. I wanted to learn more about it and test it. I was excited to discover a womens secret that would allow me to free my female energy, reveal my inner beauty, and restore my self-confidence. I was single, and those concepts became a recurring theme for me.
